id say kacar hes amazing later on i mean =hes boss at the start as well

if you at the start u get him for around 5 million aswel
 
defour is hot and not that expensive i guess =) witsel is better but well i had to pay 15M€ in my game with A.C milan
 
sonos that player who wanted higher wages than you can give him adjust your budgets or if its the board stopping you give him a good signing on fee thats what i did to get david beckham.
 
Go for Tymoshuck the guy is class. Play him at DM he is one of the best DM in the game and he should be your captain as well his influence is awesome.

Jeremy Toulalan should be a good option for you as well or Etienne Capoue if you want a young player.
 
Patrick Vieira is old but since you have got such a young team i would recommend him, he's a good tackler and he's not so expensive :p
 
defour was class for me in my napoli game and bagged goals and assists i recommend him as he is cheap aswell or try witsel
