Last Month
It was overall a pretty average month for us, there was only 4 game's in the month and I did feel we could win them all, and there was 1 game that was a must win for us. If we drew or lost Villarreal then we would have to settle for the Europa League, and as you know we drew that game, which unsettled the players. The other game where pretty fair result's, we won 2 of them, and lost 1, and the was we played in those game's at the end they where fair result's so I'm pretty happy with that. It could have been better.

The Worst Game Of The Month
Inter 3 - 1 Napoli
It's the only game we lost this month, and to be fair it's a game I can't expect to be winning, Inter are I feel the best team in Italy and have some very good player's in that team, but it actually was a pretty fair game, to say we where against a top side, and we where the away team we played really well, and I feel unlucky not to get something out of the game. They finished better then us tho, that was the difference.

The Best Game Of The Month
Napoli 3 - 2 Juventus - Italian Cup Quarter Final
I'm really happy with this result, like Inter, Juventus are a very good side with some very good player's in the team, and I'd say we where the better team overall, they had more of the ball but when we did have it I felt we used it better then they did. It also means we're in the Semi-Final of the Italian Cup, which I'm happy with, the only draw back with that is we have to play Inter Milan, so I'm expecting to go out. But we'll just have to wait and see.

Well, from the rest of the game's we got 4 wins, and 2 draws, and I'm happy with that, we played well in all the game's and maybe should have got better result's in some of the games but if this was given to us at the start of the month I would have taken it, it also leaves us in a good league position as we are sitting 4th in the league now, if we want to keep our top 4 spot? We'll need to keep this form us, and try improve as well.

End Of Season!
The end of the season is here again, and after such a good season last year I, the fan's and the club where hoping for a better season this year, and I'm 99% Sure the fans will say it has been a better season, it was close to being nearly the same as last season but we've done well to do what we have done. But what have we done this season? Keep reading to find out.
The League
In my first season as manager I would have been happy with 10th+ But after the 38 games and the season was over we found ourself sitting 3rd in the table, and I don't think anyone really did expect that, but it just shows what a few good signings, some good players, and a good set of staff can do. But, this season my aim was not to get higher, I was aiming to get top 4 again.

So, as you can see we finished in the same position which I'm happy with, and we even got 1 more point then last year, so let's just say we're a better team
Next season I can see us getting 3rd again, cause it's going to take a lot to beat Inter & A.C. in the league table, but who knows anything can happen in football, we'll just have to wait and see. We also scored more then we did in the first season and let in less goal's which I'm also happy with, maybe we can improve this again next season.
Champions League/Europa League
When the group was drawn I was happy with it and felt we could get past the group stage and maybe even win it.. I was wrong Celtic & Villarreal where to much for us and they proceeded into the knockout round, which mean we had to settle for 3rd and the Europa League. We had Lens in the first knockout round and beat them 5-0 over the 2 game's, Sevilla where next in-line for us 3-3 on A we won on the away goal rule, but then up stepped Manchester City the big spenders and they beat us 5-3 over the 2 games, they where too much for us. I'm happy with how we did overall

Italian Cup
1st round saw us beat Genoa 3-2 AET, with a good solid performance, we then had to face Juventus which ended up the same scoreline 3-2 AET to us, with another good performance by the team! No for the real challenge Inter Milan over 2 leg's we beat them 3-1 at home and that results gave us confidence for the next leg as we held them to a 0-0 draw. We where into the final and had to play Fiorentina, a very good team and to the surprise of everyone we came out winners with 2-0 victory! We had won the Italian Cup and very good achievement for the club, and the fans seemed happy with it.

Top Goal Scorer - Artem Milevskyi - 23
23 goals for him this season, when we signed him last season he never really took to Italian football but this season he did, and was maybe our best player overall this season getting us some important goal's which helped us stay 3rd in the league

Most Assists - Vagner Love - 15
Playing up-front with Artem Love created most of his goal's this season, and also grabbing 21 himself, them 2 where super all season for us and it's down to them we did so well. Let's hope next season they can do the same for us and maybe do better
