Needing advice on my new tactic,what would you change? If anything.

Honestly, get your shape right first before adding a million TIs. Having a good role and duty selection (combined with mentality) is the most important. After that, you can fine-tune with TIs and maybe even a PI or 3.

How many TI's at most would you consider using? I have at least one instruction for player instuctions per player.Is this not advisable.ive changed the poacher role to a DLF(support) and the two wingers onto attack duty.

If I tell you 5 TIs, are you going to look for 5 to add? The answer is, use as many as you need. How do you know if you need them? Watch the games.
