ok so ive found out how to work the editor and have decided to start a be a manager
so just fill out the template and once we have 5 people plus me then we will start also every ten years i will give you the choice to resign.

you can only choose from the 2nd tier league and down in each nation to the 2 people that have entered you cant do random choose form the attributes in the op
