Cabaye is usually good and cheap but Kofi Agyei i think it's spelt is a beast if you can afford around 10 million.

I think you should sign Adrien from Sporting (usually around 1mill), he's top quality as either first team or as a bench warmer. He with a player like sissoko or M'vila if they're available for less than 15mill, could really spice up your midfield to a very strong one.
Centre-back wise, I'd check for a regen to pleace woodgate with. I'm unsure as to what Julienne is like atm, so I can't feedback on replacing him currently. Good luck!

Bought Bunoanotte for 700k as I couldnt refuse 700k and Elia for 6.5M from Man city.

lead in premier league cut to only 4 points but just beat man utd 6-0
won the league cup for the second time in three years and into the quarter finals of the euro cup

possible signings
jan vertonghen (dc) solid as a rock picked him up from ajax for 5.25 million in 2012-2013
shinji kagawa (amc) 4 million quid and his signing also increases merchandising. so far averaged 7.58 in 28 games.
to be honest i rarely buy players in january unless a really good offer comes up.
