It's a skill, and there's also a PPM for it, the 'knocks ball past opponent' PPM. Of course, the player doesn't need to have the PPM to do it. In this particular case the fact that there were 2 opposition players involved makes it the more impressive, you could call that lucky, but it's not accidental or a glitch.
