Thanks mate.

I love Newcastle (The City as well as the club) it's an amazing place!

We have had a very busy month this March! So far we have got through 6 games 2 of which were in the Champions League. Unfortunately we now find ourselves without Keirrison and Gignac so things are desperate upfront. We should be able to hold on to the Premier League seeing as we are currently 14 points ahead of Liverpool but it is the Champions League I worry about. Here we go!

Newcastle have no first team strikers and it is now vital for Pacheco and Cole to step up to the mark! Robinho will be drafted into striker with Danny Rose getting his big call up.

Newcastle United 3-0 Manchester City (Pacheco x2, Ramsey)
This was a match of extreme ups and downs with Pacheco making an amazing substitute performance, winning against the mighty City so easily but losing Keirrison for the rest of the season. Keirrison lasted just 6 minutes before his season was cut short by a dreadful Danny Wilson challenge. He was stretchered off in tears and things looked gloomy for the Geordie fans. Danny Pacheco was immediately put on the pitch and 1 minute into stoppage time he struck. A beautifully curled free-kick from 25 yards sent the Toon Army fans wild and Pacheco made no attempt to tell Danny Wilson what he thought of him. Aaron Ramsey made it 2-0 just after the hour mark and it was another fine strike. Ramires collected the ball, slipping it to Ramsey who let fly from 20 yards. Wilson was subject to more abuse and quickly substituted. Pacheco completed the rout on 75 minutes, slipping the ball into the corner to complete a Man of the Match performance! What a game!

Pacheco was on fire and he can now grab his first team chance by both hands!

Newcastle United 3-2 Liverpool (Verratti, Gignac, Robinho, Petricevic x2)
This was another spectacular game to watch for Newcastle fans and Verratti continued his fine form with yet more assists and even a goal to his name. It was vital that Newcastle won this game to distance themselves from Liverpool and they did just that. Newcastle were on fine form and it took just 11 minutes for Verratti to give them the lead. Pacheco slotted the ball past the Liverpool defenders and Verratti had an easy tap in. Gignac made it 2-0 just after the half hour mark with a powerful strike on the edge of the area. It was described as unstoppable by pundits afterwards. Petricevic made it 2-1 just after half time but Robinho scored from a tight angle to give Newcastle some breathing space. Petricevic scored his 2nd deep into injury time but Newcastle held on for the win!

Verratti is having a fine season and continued his great form!

Southampton 2-1 Newcastle United (Dzagoev, Dalla Valle, Djourou, Ramires Sent off)
A very poor game which wasn't helped by Ramires' pathetic sending off. Dzagoev continued his good form but that is the only positive I can take out of this one. Ramires was sent off on 15 minutes so it was a surprise when Dzagoev found himself on the end of a Verratti cross to turn the ball in. Dalla Valle equalised after half time and Djourou won the match soon after with a towering header from a corner. A game to forget for everyone involved with Newcastle.

The challenge that got Ramires a 3 game ban and caused an embarassing defeat for the Magpies.

Newcastle United 6-2 Wigan (Verratti, Robinho, Ramsey x2, Dzagoev x2, Zamblera x2)
This was a match where both teams through caution to the wind and fortunately we bounced back from our poor defeat to Southampton. Verratti continued his fine goalscoring form with a beautiful strike early on. Robinho quickly made it 2-0 with a silky run into the area and chipping it over a helpless goalie. Ramsey scored an easy tap in after half time and then scored what would late be goal of the month. He whipped a shot in over the goalie's head where it thundered off the bar and turned into the net. Zamblera scored a quick brace but Dzagoev scored another header after he burst into the box. Gignac was then injured afterwards but was avenged by the ruthless Dzagoev when he fired a powerful effort into the bottom of the net. It was an amazing match and I was delighted in the manner of which we won! Top game.

Ramsey celebrates his amazing goal of the month with a tribute to the injured Keirrison and Gignac.

Player of the Month

Dzagoev is the only man I can consider for the award this month. His goals and assists have been vital and I was amazed at the rate he picked up after his slow start. He has an eye for a pass and is one of the best team players we have. He can score with his head, feet and any other part of his body! His long shooting is second to none. The £27,000,000 I paid for him is starting to look like it may pay off after doubts about his performances at the start. He has taken to the AMR position like a duck to water and if he can hit 10 Premier League goals, I will consider him for player of the season!

Newcastle Champions League update to come later!

some great results Chris, especially against Wigan :). Keep going :D

Thanks for the support you guys.

Here is the Champions League Update I promised:

Inter Milan 1-1 Newcastle United (Gervinho, Gignac) (3-1 Newcastle on Aggregate)

A game in which we had one aim: to get through to the next round. I played a 3-2-3-1-2 and Milan looked like they would struggle to get through. However, it only took them 17 minutes to crack my ultra defensive side and the man to do it was Gervinho. Oscar slipped the ball across the six yard box and Gervinho had the simplest of tap-ins.

From this moment on, I did everything in my power to keep defensive and counter the Italians. It worked. They did everything they could to crack the defence but it wasn't working. Sandro and Ramires held the line between the midfield and the defence perfectly, stopping almost anything in their path. If the Italians broke through, Otamendi, Shawcross and Taylor were unstoppable. Then, Gignac managed to crack the Italians defence to give us a point. Sandro knocked the ball through to Ramsey who side footed it to the impressive Dzagoev (Playing out of position). He slotted it through to Gignac who turned past the defender to power home. It was the least we deserved!

We managed to hold on for an impressive draw and Mourinho's Inter were embarrassed. They were out in the First Knockout Round. We marched through to the Quarter Finals where we faced a stern test against Porto!

Yeah, I managed to beat Porto in the First Leg but I'll update on both Legs later. :)

Thanks for following. ^^)

Thanks mate.

Yeah man, you're not wrong there. Absolutely chilled out place, its really clean too. And don't even get me started on the lasses...

Nice to see the Special One put in his place! Porto shouldn't be too difficult to roll over in comparison, so roll on the semi-finals!

Some big results there Chris and unlucky with Soton but Newcastle are still in the Champs League!! (H)

Lol. It's a great place. :D

Cheers mate. :) Ramires' sending off just put all the morale down. We were unlucky as it was controversial but these things happen. :)

you have inspired me in doing a Newcastle save your story is one the best chris well done for what you have done

Aww, thanks mate. ^^)

Love to hear that sort of stuff. :D

Use Mr.Hough's first season then try and make your own in either the 2nd or 3rd seasons. :)

Buy Djalo and Maduro as you need a good holding midfielder and a good striker. Advanced Forward, Attack. :)

Also save money for the 2nd season. You'll need it! :)
