Actually the Korean ReadyGo tactic has worked wonders for me and has been massively plug and play. Won the Premiership third season in with Gateshead with a basically mid table at most squad.

I too faced this problem - in a new patch, tactics at first yield result, but then the team starts losing to everyone. I corrected a problem when began to twist preparation for a match for 50% of defense positioning.
