the individual training its just great for bumping up attributtes, for example for my strikers i train them to complete fowards as its the only individual training for strikers that also bumps acceleration and speed. The focuses that TFF have put its to make a player that neally fits into his filters of a perfect player for that position make his stats bump and then he would fit perfect for that role.I have just started playing FM again after a long pause and I was just wondering how important is actually the individual training focus to make this tactic workout? Just seems a little illogical to me that have the "wrong" individual focus would help out a particular tactic.. So if someone could clear this up I would be grateful.. Q: Do I have to change the individual focus to make the tactic work?

Complete Foward Training

PD: also for example if you want to have backups for your team like me i train players to different position- example Andrija Zivkovic i want him to also be able to play in the Attacking midfielder spot, but if i train him in the role that TFF advice he would not develop much his phisical stats- as i play him as IF i train him to a Shadow striker to get familirity in the AMC spot, for the IF's that i want to play backups also as Striker i train them to Complete foward for the same reason, all my full backs i train them in to the other wing spot just to make them peform better in the that wing if the situation request it.
