Hmmm… I thought that I let know about the update as usual but it seems something weird happened and my post didn't appear.


Guys, I've update all tactics and changed the duty and PIs of DL/DR positions, also, the Team Mentality of the regular attacking version was changed.​

TFF, I noticed that the tactic was updated this morning and I used the new version for the last 11 matches in my save with Swansea.

I won the league and Capital One Cup. :)

the tactics work fine, if you can't get them to work you're just not very good and need help, there's no shame in admitting it

guys if you are playing with a mid table team or higher i realy recomend on mario fernades, he is a right full back, and he play for cska moscow, this how he preform for my team

hey guys, what rating your players needs to get in order for u to praise him? for me its 7.7 and higher
 
with of the 4 tactic do your guys think is best? 4-4-1-1 or 4-1-4-1? or is the inside forwards 4-3-3 or the 4-2-3-1?:)

*** There are "Inside Forwards" versions of the main tactics at the bottom of the OP, I find that Wide Midfielders versions are slightly stronger than Inside Forwards versions but anyway with both versions you'll be greatly overachieving. ***

No but if the average is 7.5 no point in giving the guys with 7.6 praise. I'd look give it to the guy above and beyond what is around him usually. Otherwise they dismiss it.

ok. btw, u are playing in the mls right? ist hard to buy players for this league, i mean players from europe?

I play my custom database, so no not really. :)

From the off you can get a few youngsters but they will insist on a release clause for european clubs, but after a frw decent seassons you can rep your club up to keep them.

I had Rashford and Embolo at one point.

I can also recommend him because I've got him in my save and he plays awesome :)
 
Hi TFF, really enjoyed playing with your tactics and especially defensively with the balanced version.

However, my team is the smallest in the division and are pretty poor physically. The balanced version is so dependent on crossing and my team was is awful at getting on the end of them. Even with the tactics low crosses instruction, I just couldn't get much joy from them. I had to make some changes to make it effective offensively and I definitely think these tweaks work better if you're in a similar situation.

It found it far more effective by keeping the "cross from byline" for both wingers and wingbacks in order to penetrate space, but instead instructed them both to cross less often. By also instructing more direct passing from the wingbacks, you can increase the amount of through balls to the offensive players.

I really like how the BBM's work in the tactic in how dynamic it makes the midfield, but as one of my best players was more like an Advanced playmaker I decided to change his instruction from "Fewer risky passes" to "More risky passes" or without instruction depending on the situation. I found that this increased the ability for key passes to originate from the centre of the pitch after regaining a turnover of possession (although also of course this doesn't always work and expect a lower pass completion rate).

In the original tactic, the DLF has a support role. I found that this meant that my DLF was far more likely to drop back towards the central midfielders and hold up the ball while the team is in possession. Making one of the BBM's pass more dangerously meant that this was largely useless. Instead I found that giving the DLF an attack role meant that he was able to get further forward and look for through to get on the end of through balls, while providing greater balance to build up play compared to an AF.
