Guys does it fix that very good players are being offered for 0?

you might have installed the wrong patch. There are several versions of fm, i suggest to reinstall fm again, or maybe someone knows a faster way. but reinstall should work. Then try to find the right patch for your version (eg the version thats ment for the download version of fm, not steam and not boxed). hope this helped

On mine when you click new game it says 11.1.0 but when I go into preferences it says 11.1.1 so which one is it?
edit: also when i go into program files etc there is no update-1111 just update-1110 but I downloaded and installed patch?

it's the 11.1.1 one, if it says so in preferences (the most recent game version is always the one listed in preferences). As it is a hotfix and has no changes to the db the most recent db that will show up when creating a new game will be the 11.1.0
Finally updated but had to re-install the game to get it. Strange because i have the auto update option on.
really bizarre, first time ive seen a number of people have problems with a steam update
Don't think this is a steam problem but a glitch with the patch itself.
My steam-installed game only aknowledges being patched to 11.1.0 even though I could see it being updated when I launched FM2010 ( it's been updated twice ). As an experiment I uninstalled the steam version & installed the disc version, then manually patched it to 11.1.1 . The problem was the same; the game only aknowledges the 11.1.0 patch.

if only... I have to move them to where I want them almost every game and definitely every time I resume the game or if the screensaver has kicked in. Another issue with the screensaver kicking in is sounds get turned off in prefs and so I have to change that too!
One other thing, when I started a game unemployed with the 11.1.0 patch and watched a game I got the 'match day experience'. As a manager with the 11.1.1 patch I don't get it for any of my team's games televised or not. Is that what's supposed to happen and, if so, what is the point of the 'match day experience'? I'd like to bet that not many people watch lots of games where they aren't managing one of the teams.
