but considering you are Bognor i would buy him. he is only sixteen and is already twice the player of your current best player in that position, and he still has plenty of potential. so at least sign him for now if you can afford it

but on a general note it means there is a small possibility they can achieve that sort of level, and it is from the media who do hype a lot of things up on the game. as has been said it requires special training with a good club with the facilities. im not sure bognor have them but even still he would be a great buy

most of them are regens but some young real players have these comparisons. not sure of the top of my head who but i think most of them are wonderkids...
