Falcao, James, Hulk, Carvalho, Martinez to name but a few.

So I've set myself a new save goal of replicating how Porto are run onto FM.


GOALS:

- Buy young and cheap

- Sell at huge profits

- Reach a £1billion bank balance

One of the weaker parts of Porto's squad is the goalkeeper.

Helton is out for 6 months and not very good in my opinion anyway.

So first signing is a young up-and-coming goalkeeper...

A surprisingly quiet transfer season.

The bigs are hovering over the likes of Martinez, Danilo and Alex Sandro but no bids have been received yet - I have set most asking prices at £20m. Anything over that will be immediately accepted and reinvested in younger players.

The only firm bid was a pathetic £6.6m bid for Hector Herrera from Manchester United!

Completely and utterly dominant domestically.

Form a bit more patchy in Europe but through to the knockout rounds where Roma await.​
 
By the way your players are performing, you'll get rid of most of them in summer. Guaranteed.
 
Oh, and you should check out Carlos from Atlético Mineiro, should be 18 years old. He could be something good.

Interesting stuff, I had an idea of doing a Porto save myself, except the plan would be to try to keep the best players rather than sell them off as the real life Porto do. No doubt this will be more interesting though!

Started a Porto save myself yesterday and I wondered what way to take it, either continue the tradition of buy low sell high or to try and keep the names and build around them.

Before re I see your save on my own I tried to sign the same keeper and Red Star are playing hard ball they want no less than 7.5m

Very happy with the summers business.

£29m spent and over £60m brought in and we managed to keep a hold of the likes of Alex Sandro and Danilo.​
 
Thalles will be great sold him for forty million to AC milan from Corinthians in one save you might want to check out Lucas Melano nice transfers
 
Nice job with the unbeaten season guess that means that some players will be leaving you for big money
