Could someone please explain why in football manager one bad result leads to weeks of **** performances? I say football manager because its been this way for a few years. I understand that teams dont always play well but on that note one bad result doesn't always lead to weeks of **** play.

Its like no matter what you do you cant get out the funk. Change tactics, team selections or team talks do nothing whatsoever. It happens no matter what team you use and it's happened in every save i have played for years.

Is it just one of those things you just have to ride out with no control over? it certainly seems that way. One of many pain in the **** things in this game.
 
Picking a club which has no parent club in a division below your team or different league and they still reject you for no reason. it's so frustrating picking clubs and having them reject it time after time. It doesnt help i can only ask every 6 months :/
 
I think I may have seen this mentioned on here before, I'd be surprised if it hasn't come up at some point because it's something I have noticed for years on FM games.

So anyway, has anyone noticed how ****** often the opposition will score with in 3 minutes or so of you taking the lead? "They peg them back immediately!!!", one of the most annoying ****** statements from the FM commentary.
 
What is wrong with the reputation system? In 3 years with juventus Ive been two times in the CL final and one semi final,
Won 3 Seria A and when I play against Lyon,totenham or liverpool Im the underdog?
And I cant sign some world class players unless they are transfer listed

Feels even better that after selling Rooney to Real Madrid I went on to beat them in the European Cup Final. And now he wants to come back to the club at 31, "yeah ok Rooney your nearly past it lets drop my star 22 year old striker who replaced you" Im sure you can guess he is still and Real and not winning the "big" medals he could have at Man Utd and to make it worse for him I'm now England Manger as well and have decided I'm going to concentrate on the younger players.
 
The combination of a 6 game losing streak and a constant parade of injuries because of unbelievably ridiculous reasons culminated in me just deleting my longterm save in a fit of rage, hatred, and disgust. Seriously??? Kicking the ball the wrong way during practice results in a 3-week injury when the player was at 94% conditioning and was 100% match fit?

How is it that blatant tackles on my team resulting in injury go unpunished? But when 1 of my players does a similar tackle the opposition is unharmed, I get a red card, and a further 2 game suspension. All this, while I set for "cautious" tackling. It's maddening.
 
I hate it when your player is chasing after a loose ball and has no immediate pressure on him, slows down and loses the ball, even more annoying when it leads to a goal.

Oh and injuries, having 6 of my starting 11 injured at once on a regular basis is starting to **** me off.
 
I hate it when a club enquires about your player, you manage to rip them off only for the player to turn down the contract! :O
 
Where to begin.... Injuries, how many people do clubs lose to torn groin muscles, torn calf muscles, broken legs etc... a couple a season??? so far i think my record was 7 (first team)!!! and it happens consistently... also why does everybody score there first goal of the season against me??? why can my free kick taker (really good stats) never hit the target!!! why does the cpu side score 30 yard screamers against me and i hardly score any against them.. why sometimes i have 30 shots to their 6 and lose 1 nil, with their goalkeeper playing like the best keeper in the world particularly wayne Hennessey??? (whats that about ??? lol), this happens quite regularly despite having a world class side!!! Love this game but i could probably go on all day.. frustrating sometimes!!!!
 
Biggest flaw in this game is the scoring, it takes so many shots to score a single goal, the keepers are as good as unbeatable.... And the fact that everytime I do alt+tab I get a crash....
 
Right, I really don't get this. We're in the semi-final of the Champion's League and have played the first leg, a decent 1-1 draw away to Man City. We are in the F.A. Cup final and there are 3 games left in the season and have a 6 point lead at the top and so are on course for the first title victory since I started the game.

So with all that in mind, why in the **** is everyone so god **** depressed?

Won 1-4 against Ajax in the ECL groups (dont have pics ere, im at work)

So, what does make me post here?

2 penalty missed (defended) and 5(!!!)) balls in the wood!!
 
Luckily I won, but I was really going to have a duck egg - Lucas, and a load of my players decide to F off on useless friendly internationals leaving me completely understrength for the Carling cup final.

For example, i open a player profile, click several tabs there, and when hitting BACK button, it go back to previous tab i click. Last year FM, it will exit the player profile altogether, but now have to click BACK several times to get out of the player screen.

Anyone find this annoying? or is there anywhere we can change the setting of it?

You get used to it, besides it's helpful as often as it's annoying.
 
my biggest **** off in this game is that 99% of the time when i have made 3 subs before the 70 min mark someone gets injured 2 minutes after...does my head in so much
 
just happened 2 games in a row...again...****** bullshit...makes me almost wanna rage quit each game it happens in
