This has to be the success I am the most proud of. First season in the Premier League, was predicted to finish 20th but thanks to some good signings and a superb tactic I finished 4th. Now hopefully the board invests some more money so I can strengthen the team more for the Champions League next season.

Took over as manager of Kidderminster Harriers after winning everything i could in FM with Arsenal, Man City, Juventus, Aston Villa and Barcelona.

They had just been relegated back down to League 2 when i took over in the summer and this was how the first season went:

Then second season i won League 1:

And, the biggest achievment of all was getting Kidderminster Harriers of League 1 to the FA Cup Final, where i only lost in extra time....

As runner up i qualified for the Europa League.....not bad....

As Hibs, season 2016-17, so far in my career won the domestic treble 2 times and the quadruple last season (euro cup) currently at icon status. currently 1st in my champions league group alongside man city (drew away), ac milan (won at home, also beat them 2-0 last season in euro cup final) and sheriff (won 5-0 away). 1st in spl so far by 6 points, beat hearts 5-2 at tynecastle first game of the season they're bottom of the league on 4 points lololol). Also because I keep winning everything, Celtic and Rangers are losing tons of money so I'm now starting to attract all their half decent players.

Just get Sergio Canales for 6M in 2014!! the guy alredy improved, he is a beast!!

tottenham

Javier pastore is a goal machine and provides loads of assists! signed him for 30 mil in 2nd season!

3rd Season just started with Ipswich Town. Going well so far.

1st Season - Finished 4th in the championship and promoted via playoffs (beat Swansea 5-1 in the final - Febian Brandy Hat-trick!)
2nd Season - No success in any of the cups (semi final of F.A Cup) and was in bottom 3 until the 32nd game of the season despite having some good results (1-0 away at Tottenham/Chelsea). Managed to win the last 6 games on the bounce and finished 15th. Very pleased.
3rd Season - Only just started. Bought in some decent players and looking for top 10 finish. Europe would be nice!!! (and a cup run)
Also turned down Chelsea and Man City jobs (there's loyalty for you!)

I posted this over on the FM stories section, but it is applicable here. Would be immensely appreciative if someone took a look!

Hello all. I first undertook the challenge of winning the CL with Ajax with fairly realistic ambitions - reach the knockout stages, and take anything I got past that, hoping to increase my clubs reputation and attract a better class of player. The transfer strategy was one you'd come to expect from a big team in a poor league - according to the rankings, the Eredevisie was even worse than the Russian premier division. In spite of this rather discouraging news, I took to the transfer market with gusto - lavishing Eden Hazard and Romelu Lukaku with praise, I managed to secure the two of them in August:
Hazard - £17M
Lukaku - £7.5M
So two massive signings for my team, and a transfer strategy that would be a theme for my Ajax side - poach talented youngsters from around Europe, lavishing the less keen ones with praise.

With my talented young team ("young" is an understatement in this case - the average age of my team was 22, dragged up by Stekelenburg and Andre Ooijer), I set out to win the Dutch super cup, and did so with ease. A 4-0 win over FC Twente, with a debut double for Lukaku and a goal for Luis Suarez and Jan Vertonghen.

The league was a walkover, in truth. I waltzed past every team and ended up holidaying every league game past December, such was my lead. The Champions league draw was also encouraging - Arsenal, Werder Bremen and Bursaspor. Could've been worse!:)

The CL campaign began with a fantastic smash and grab at the Emirates - a 1-0 win courtesy of an Eden Hazard stunner. I won all other games in the group until I faced Werder Bremen away, where I drew 1-1, and eventually sacrificed first place in the group when Arsenal came to the Amsterdam arena and won 2-1. After the disappointing loss of first place, the draw was also discouraging - Bayern Munich.

In the midst of all the league games I holidayed between the Bayern tie, I was knocked out of the Dutch cup. Can't even remember who by. But whatever way, I reached January, where squad strengthening was imminent. A typical problem faced by people managing in lower European leagues is having your top players pillaged by top European clubs - in this case, Demy de Zeeuw forced a £5m move to Chelsea. As I had exceeded the boards European expectations, my transfer budget was raised. It was with this money that Lucas Biglia was purchased for £7.5m from Anderlecht, and Alexis Sanchez was nicked from under the big clubs noses for £10.5m. Biglia would be ineligible for Europe.

The Bayern tie came. I was faced with a selection dilemma throughout the knockouts - I favored a 4-2-3-1 in Europe, with two DM's. That left me with the headache of Suarez or Lukaku. I initially favored Suarez because of his proven quality, and Lukaku's tender years. However, Lukaku had notched 4 goals in the group stages, and I took a gamble and opted for him. It paid off. After a tentative opening hour for both sides, Lukaku scored a thunderous header from Hazard's excellent cross to open the scoring. I immediately sat back, but 5 minutes later Darijo Srna scored a 30 yard screamer to equalise. I was admittedly resigned to defeat at this stage, but Lukaku headed in after amazing work from Sanchez with 4 minutes to go. I clung on for a crucial lead.

In the second leg, things began fantastically. Mounir El Hamdoui scored in the 5th minute to give me a bit of security. However, Toni Kroos then equalised on the half hour, and El Hamdoui was sent off for hacking down Kroos 5 minutes later. Half time came. 1-1. Five minutes into the second half, Martin Demichelis gave Bayern the lead and forced the tie into extra time. I was battered throughout the first and second extra periods, and this showed when Ivica Olic gave Bayern the lead in the 105th minute. Surely game over? Wrong. A minute into the second period, Victor Anita scored to put me through, as I put ten men behind the ball. An unlikely victory, but the quarter final draw was the worst imaginable - Barcelona.

By the time the first leg came at the Amsterdam ArenA, the league was won. I was a bit disappointed to be playing the first leg at home, and was unsure on how to play. Barca decided this for me as they carved me apart four times in the opening 10 minutes. I pulled back to play a 4-5-1, forcing Suarez out wide. Barca created (according to post match stats) 20 clear cut chances, but the game ended 0-0. Stekelenburg MOTM.

After the hiding I avoided somehow in the first leg, I was resigned to a hammering in the second leg. Sensing that even if I played 11 keepers in goal I still couldn't keep out Barca, I stuck with my 4-4-2 formation. This time it was a bit more even, as I opted to stay on Standard rather than defensive as I was in the first leg. However, David Villa gave Barca the lead in the 26th minute, and after that they passed up numerous golden opportunities to double this lead. They were made pay for this. In the 82nd minute, the disgruntled (yet another player who sought a big club transfer, I counted about 7 of these in my first season at Ajax) Luis Suarez latched onto a goal kick from Stekelenburg to lob Valdes from 30 yards. A sensational, Phillipe Albert-esque goal, and I was astonished to hang on and win.

I felt I deserved a rather easy draw in the semi, after I eliminated possibly the greatest team ever seen, but clearly the game didn't feel this way as I drew Real Madrid. I was approaching confidence going into the first leg at the Bernabeu. However there was one crucial difference I made note of - Cristiano Ronaldo. Messi had been absent in both legs by the grace of God in the quarters, I'd get no such luck in the semi. I kept my 4-4-2 formation at the Bernabeu, again sensing that they would be unstoppable. Ronaldo gave an early indication of his abilities as he forced a stunning save from Stek and then put Benzema through for an open goal that he somehow missed.

As against Barca, Real continued to batter me. I managed to negate the threat of Ronaldo by charging Urby Emanuelson with the man marking task, and instructing Victor Anita to strictly defend. His influence was lessened. Daley Blind had a game I thought he was incapable of in DM in my diamond formation, and I managed to grab a foothold in the game compared to the battering I'd received in the first. This showed. In the 75th minute, Hazard got the ball, and I immediately sensed something special coming. It always is the case with Hazard. He dribbled past Marcelo, Albiol and Xabi Alonso before feeding Alexis Sanchez who smashed in a top corner finish past Casillas. Stunned, I brought everyone back but it made little difference. Real were too rattled by the goal to respond, and the last 15 minutes were easy.

The second leg came, and I had no intention of going 4-5-1. I had done this in previous games against big sides like Barca and Real, and it always ended in defeat. I stuck with my 4-4-2 formation, spearheaded by Lukaku and Suarez. The match was a stunning encounter, and I ended up coming out on top in a classic. I was given a dream start by Ezequiel Garay, who headed Hazard's corner into his own net.Things got even better 15 minutes later when Alexis Sanchez doubled the advantage; 3-0 on aggregate after 25 minutes. A far cry from the position I envisaged myself in at this stage after Ronaldo and co. had battered me throughout the first leg. However, I made the biggest mistake one can make against Real or Barca - assuming the game was won. I neglected the opportunity to sit on my excellent lead, and felt comfortable. I was unbelievably wrong.

Pepe pulled one back from a corner in the 41st minute. The nerves crept back in, and my worst fears were compounded when Mesut Ozil lashed in an equaliser in first half stoppage time. My players were stunned at half time, and morale was at a low ebb. I wasn't confident going into the second half, and barely had time to analyze where I stood when Cristiano Ronaldo scored a sublime solo effort in the 46th minute to complete a momentous comeback and deflate my Ajax side. I was shocked and enraged at my sides complacency. An impossible place at Wembley thrown away. But the wave of Real dominance I was expecting didn't come, and instead my young side showed their tenacity in spades and forced a way back into the game. Suarez missed a sitter. Van der Wiel rattled the crossbar.

And then in the 78th minute the goal came. A stunning run from Urby Emanuelson after neat interplay between Daley Blind and Eden Hazard set him free, and he floated up a magnificient cross that had Romelu Lukaku's name written all over it. He rose above Carvalho and glanced in the winner at Casillas far post. Not that I didn't ride my luck in the closing quarter. Far from it. Real hit the woodwork twice, and Stekelenburg was working in hero mode, but the team held on for an unbelievable place in Wembley, where we would face a depleted Manchester United side who had knocked out Inter in the semi.

After four weeks rest (or so I thought, injuries would ensure that my team was in a condition that was far from peak going into the Wembley showpiece), I felt I could definitely beat this United side: Fletcher, Rooney, Ferdinand and Scholes were all absent. Rooney's absence wasn't definite but by the time he made his cameo appearance my team had long inflicted on United the greatest performance by any side I've ever managed in my 100+ accumulated seasons in various FM games.

We destroyed Man United. The game ended in an unbelievable 6-1 scoreline. I went into the game with my usual diamond 4-4-2, with the notable absence of Urby Emanuelson:

------------------------------Stekelenburg

------Van der Wiel-----Alderweild-------Vertonghen---------Anita
---------------------------------Blind
-------Sanchez----------------------------------------Siem de Jong
------------------------------- Hazard
-------------------------Suarez------------- Lukaku

The game began as it would continue; Jonny Evans scored an own goal in the 2nd minute to ease any nerves. Alexis Sanchez doubled the lead in the 15th minute with a smart finish. Siem de Jong put me in dreamland in the 27th minute with a close range tap-in, but flashbacks of the near-bottle job against Madrid returned when Nani scored deep into first half stoppage time, giving United a way back into the match. No such comeback materialised, as the lack of United's talisman told.

Ryan Giggs' 52nd minute own goal put me back in a comfortable position, and the champagne was already on the ice in the 72nd minute when Suarez made it 5-1 with another stunning chip. Then Alexis Sanchez summed up the night, and my campaign, with a fabulous 25-yard volley that doubled his tally, and ended the night. The trophy was won, I was hailed in the media, and now the hard work begins; keeping this team of over achieving youngsters together. 7 first teamers, Suarez and Vertonghen included, already want out. Will their heads be turned by the European success?

Seeing a typical Arsenal crumble... 8-11 points clear at the top of the Premier League at various points during the season, now at 37 games played I'm 1st on goal difference.

MK Dons, worlds best club.... Took some time though, winning League 1 playoffs 1st season. Somehow making playoffs in the Championship in season 2. Winning Championship playoffs season 3. Being relegated 18th from the Premier League. Going back up in 1st place before finally beginning my run to take on the world!!!! 5th in the prem on my return, then 4th, then winner... 5 years in a row and now unassailable (despite moneybags Sunderland getting a sugar daddy to spend spend spend).

Andrea Casali is a key part of that though, and with 92 goals in only caps, he is also the key player in my world cup and european champion Italy side.
