**** yeah! My penultimate friendly of the season. Of course they didn't have the best possible team, but they still had the likes of Pique, Alves, Keita, Xavi and Pedro plus a few good regens and good youngsters. I start my first La Liga campaign ever against Barcelona too, could be another 4-0... for Barca.

Ahh, the joys of last day promotion ;)

Was the same with lincoln. 3 games left against bury, wycombe and barnet. Beat bury 2-1, wycombe 3-0 and got into 3rd on joint 80 points with Shrewsbury. Last day against barnet and hutchinson scores an 80th minute goal to cancel out Shrewsbury's win.
 
Probably my proudest result so far in this save - with my back up keeper, Mitchell Langerak in goals, mind you since Weidenfeller got injured in training. A rating of 8.2 on debut isn't too bad ;)
 
I know it's Barcelona and probably the most easiest side to manage but i couldnt believe my first season!! after just 28 games i scored 100 with Villa flying with goals, didnt cheat anything just used the 4-4-2 Treble winning tactic.
 
My best so far is winning the SPL, Scottish League cup and the Scottish Cup with Celtic, then showed my interest in another job and the board got rid of me D=. during my time with Celtic I had loaned Altidore all season and he finished top scorer in the league.
 
i was promoted and remained undefeated all season and managed to reach the carling cup semi.

In my first season with Tottenham I finished 2nd, but in my 2nd season even better I won the league and went unbeat for just over half it then getting beaten away at manu utd 1 - 0 so done well really.
 
Well I think this counts as success. Couldnt sign King Gyan for Dover because he couldnt get workpermit. He had almost half year to spend on England to get second nationality so i trialed him for quite long time and now on MARCH he gained nationality and i signed him.

How'd you wind up dealing with Gilson Silva? Just tough out his sulking and try hard to get promoted in 2011?

He didn't even complain to me at all in the first season if I recall correctly, probably because I was winning the league so comfortably. Quite a few big clubs wanted to have him but I managed to fend off their interest. Even if he did complain, I managed to persuade him by telling that the club will get bigger and thing.

Managed to get promotion via the playoffs (beating Cardiff 5-3 in extra-time) while the board expected a top half finish.

Promoted via the playoffs (beating Luton Town 3-1).
 
In my 5th season with Newcastle. Managed to improve points tally every season.

1st season - 8th
2nd season - 6th
3rd season - 5th - won europa cup
4th season - 3rd - won FA cup, europa cup and super cup
5th season - 1st (10 games left, 1 point clear with a game in hand), won league cup, super cup, charity shield, in semis of FA cup and quarters of Champs league

Building a young team now and training them. :)
 
signed Balotelli on loan for 5.5million not for just one season but a season and a half until the end of the NEXT season, for Benfica :3

2nd season - Won Blue Square Bet Premier and FA Trophy
3rd season - Won League 2 and Johnstone´s Paint Trophy
4th season - Won League 1
5th season - Finished 4th in Championship and won promotion via playoffs

Just thought I would share with you guys my Spurs game which I am loving atm!!

One thing before I stat posting screenies, I stronly Suggest You sign NEYMAR! This kid is sick trust me, most of you will have already heard of him and trust me he is woth every penny. I bought him at the start of the game for a fee of around 25 million but not straight up cash, From what I can remember I pay the club I bought him from monthly installments for 4 years lol.

Arsenal

Unbeaten in 15 games, early december, finally found a tactic that works, league cup semi final and have bognor regis in fa cup 3rd round. all with arsenal...new goalie got injured for 6 months with knee tendonitis.
 
About too start my 5th season with spurs....

1 Community Shield

Champions league runner up 1 (Lost 3-1 to Real Madrid in Final)
FA Cup runner up 1

In 4 seasons with Celtic;

-- 4 Premier League titles
-- 4 League Cups
-- 1 Scottish Cup.

To put it another way, my Celtic team has a 100% record in competition finals. Each final we have been in, we have won, we seem to step up our game when it comes to big matches.
 
I think I just had the most incredible experience I've ever had playing FM...omg

Bwin cup semi final in portugal. I'm a smaller club going against Porto at Porto. I haven't beat Porto in our last 3 meetings.

Well stupid me forget to set international instructions so all my keepers were away from the team! I had to play a complete garbage youth GK. To make up for the tombstone like keeper, I put 5 guys on back line, 2 dms 2 cms and played ultra defensive.

Well my **** GK bobbles a ball and Porto scores early in first half. Nothing happens until the 75th minute when a deflection off my defender nets Porto their second goal, effectively bringing me 2-0 down at 75'.

I say **** it to ****, I push 5 guys forward as strikers, set one cm, and play with a back 4. Set my wingbacks to attack, everyone long balls and overload.

82nd minute, my star striker gets one back, "hmm" I think to myself. 88th minute of playing, as Fabregas calls it "Rugby ball", my star striker gets loose but his only shot available is with his weaker foot that he tries to avoid. What does he do? He deftly makes a cutback pass to my 18 year old new signing straight out of Africa who lays thors hammer into the ball. He nearly knocked the GK through the net.

So now I sit there in denial, wtf is happening? I can't possibly keep this style of play up into extra time with my players below 70% stamina and a stump for a GK.

The ref adds 3 minutes on, and to my chagrin my players daddle about while Porto misses chance after chance. Finally a long ball to the right corner to Van Bommell earns me a throw in the 4th minute of 3 minute injury time. Ricardo Carvalho looks up to the sky, and then launches the ball as deep as he can from the touchline....and who better to find it but my star striker! Diagne first touches the ball in a 180 move from the near post to square up with goal. The Porto GK dives at the ball less than a meter away only to have it slip out of his mits. Diagne cooly side steps the down keeper and lays the game winner in! I go BAZERK.

3 goals in last 15 minutes in a crucial match. I thought that only happened for the AI???!!!!(6)
