woah, that's ****** fantastoc what you've done with Gillingham, nlx.. I can't even survive a season with Wigan or more recently, Alzira in the Spanish Second divison.. 2B3 or something. I win all my friendlies by a shedload then when in the league matches I lose against everyone :( my best so far though is with Celtic, won the domestic treble then left to see if I would get offered a better job and ended up at Hartlepool :(

In what year are you? I must say, when i started in NPower League 2 , Gillingham was scheduled to promote according to the bookies. So i promoted back to back because i got lucky in League 1. Then 2 years in the Championship and via playoffs to PL. There it took me 4 years to win it with last year being 3rd. With the Champions-league i was very lucky that the strongest teams i played had some serious injured key players and/or booked players :) Still f'ked up i have to wait once more on a new stadium. Really can use the revenue :)

7th season. Finished 8th I think last season, so wasn't expecting such a big improvement. Treble was quite nice though. Got the record for the most team goals in the PL too.

I've just won the prem in my 6th season with Bradford. Caicedo was the league second top goalscorer and a 32 yr old Adebayor got 22 in 30.

31 yr old Bentley was instrumental through out the campaign

Managed to go 38 games unbeaten, first season as Barcelona. Villa scored 57 goals in 54 games and I also managed to bring home the CL trophy.

All in all a good season. Andreu Fontas has been playing regularly in the first-team and managed a 7.40 average in 20ish games. Awesome.

Messi is injured all the freaking time it's beyond fun.

Don't think I'll ever beat this moment. Pacheco drilled a 35m free kick in extra time to beat a full strength Barca.

I was having a heart attack when Chelsea scored in injury time to take the lead I threw a book across the room, then I noticed it was called for offside. I breathed a sigh of relief.
We already had two key players injured in the game (Berba and a Regen) and we went on to score 4 in ET after I told then "You just need 1 goal lads".

Has there been a team in the history of football to have 8 of its starting 11 out with longterm injuries? Nothing fun about this.

I'm manager of West Ham and although I'm only heading into December, I think I'm doing pretty well. On a transfer budget of £650k I've managed to sell dead-wood players, adjust the budget and sign 18 PLAYERS! (A fair few were free transfers). These players are:
IN:
Gai Assulin - Free Agent
Nicola Mingazzini - Free Agent
Olivier Kapo - Free Agent
Yildiray Basturk - Free Agent
Fabian Carini - Free Agent
Gauthier Mahoto - Free Agent
Robert Pires - Free Agent
Salvatore Lanna - Free Agent
Gavin McCann - Free Agent
Gael Nlundulu - Free Agent
Shaun Hutchinson - Motherwell - £600k
Abdoulaye Meite - West Brom - £900k
Kenny Miller - Rangers - £1.8m
Lee *** - Inverness CT - £500k
Andrea Masiello - Bari - £3.8m
David Healy - Sunderland - £425k
Aron Gunnarsson - Coventry - £2.5m
Alex Chamberlain - Southampton - £675k

And to make room for them, I sold these players:
OUT:
James Tomkins - Birmingham - £2.9m
Junior Stanislas - Newcastle - Loan Fee £190k
Anthony Edgar - Hereford - Loan
Kieron Dyer - Burnley - £1.5m
Julien Faubert - PSV - Loan Fee £170k
Fred Sears - Hull - Loan
Luis Boa Morte - Racing - Loan Fee £75k
Scott Parker - Man Utd - £4.9m
Holmar Eyjolfsson - Preston - Loan
Jordan Spence - Barnsley - Loan
Radoslav Kovac - Everton - Loan Fee £95k
Manuel da Costa - Porto - £2.6m

After 15 games, I'm in 5th place, 4 points off Arsenal in 4th, who have a game in hand, and 3 points ahead of Man City in 6th, who also have a game in hand over me. my results have been quite good:

Bolton 1-0 West Ham
Coventry 1-3 West Ham (League Cup 2nd Round)
Man Utd 2-1 West am
West Ham 0-2 Liverpool
Wolves 0-2 West Ham
Man City 2-1 West Ham (League Cup 3rd Round)
West Ham 5-0 Stoke
West Ham 2-0 Sunderland
West Brom 0-1 West Ham
Birmingham 1-3 West Ham
West Ham 0-2 Chelsea
Wigan 1-5 West Ham
West Ham 2-2 Tottenham
Man City 0-1 West Ham (90th minute winner!!!)
West Ham 3-1 Everton
West Ham 2-1 Blackburn
West Ham 0-0 Arsenal (with 9 men!!!!!)

so far... I'll keep on posting throughout the season...

First season at Athletico Madrid, finished 3rd.

Beat Real Madrid 3-0 at the Bernabeu

Beat Barca at the Nou camp 2-1

They both beat me at home but more happy with the away wins.

and retaining the Europa Cup.

By far my most successful season on any football manager.

I got relegated with Hibs, and on my last game of the SPL season I beat celtic 6-0. Phenominal

I had something similiar with Barca

Messi, Villa, Pique, Puyol, Busquets, Abidal, Iniesta and Xavi were gone at the same time for about 3-4 games.

My formationed was like this I assume

Valdes, Dani Alves, Fontas, Bartra, Maxwell
Keita, Mascherano, Thiago
Pedro, Bojan, Vargas

Still managed to win/draw as I didn't lose a single game in the league.

Yay go me.

Getting beat 2-0 on aggregate by Juventus. Come back in extra time in the second leg to win 4-2.
