Post Your Successes

2018/2019, my first seaason in the prem with Vauxhall Motors, we had to win on the last day vs middelsborough to survive, and we were losing 1-0 first half, i was there thinking its all over, then we equalise pretty early on, and then on 90mins my striker sam wilkins (regen, dubbed the next crouch), who has been so incosistant all season 4 goals in 29games, scores a screamer from 25 yards to secure us safety, and now im hoping to build a foundation and make us premier league regulars

Well with staying up you should have the money to bring in some good players. So you should be able to stay up for now.

Got Ashley cole and Julio Baptista for Wigan, 2014/15, kind of a success for me :D

I started to play with Benfica with success in the first season 2010/2011. I've won everythimg. I've won against teams like Barcelona, Bayern, Inter and Arsenal in the Champions League. I think the secret for success is that I have no favourite tactic. I use different tactics to beat different teams, so they have no chance to know how will I play.
I hope this could be usefull for you that's why I want to share this with everyone.

My Bolton Side is emmence. Won Everything since I started in 10-11.
10-11: Starting Line Up.
Jaaskelainen
Robinson-Cahill-Wheater-Steinsson
Petrov-Muamba-Holden-Lee
Sturridge-Elmander

11-12:
Jaaskelainen
Alonso-Cahill-Koscielny-Steinsson
Commons-Muamba-Holden-Lee
Sturridge-Ward

12-13:
De Gea
Alonso-Cahill-Threlkeld-Rafael
Bale-Muamba-Holden-Lee
Sturridge-Ward

Oscar Threlkeld is recommended by me to anyone who enjoys attacking centre backs. Very good at clearing and will get his head on it. I signed Gareth Bale (yes the Welshman) after getting lots of money from winning competitions, especially the Champions league x2 and the World Club Championships. Danny Ward is a very good forward. Put him on the left side. Sturridge you obviously know. Rafael and Marcos Alonso are young quick full backs (sign them). David de Gea is an emmence goalkeeper. He went 44 matches without conceding a goal. Amazing!!!! Elmander is getting a bit old and tired out which is why I haven't had him in my team for about 20 matches this season. Play him in the league cup against weak sides. THis works (5-0 against Burnley and Elmander scored a hat-trick.

Went Livingston (Scottish 2nd division) got promoted to Scottish first division then got promotion to the SPL after 3 seasons. Won manager of the year after narrowly finishing 4th and winning the Scottish cup when I was tipped for relegation. next season i narrowly avoided relegation. " seasons later won the Scottish cup again. i then got offered the Rangers job in January with alot of work to do as they were miles behind celtic lying around 6th in the league. Done well so far, 1st full season, 2nd in the league, 8 games to go and still fighting for the league. :D

Hence the question mark in my comment, hence the tongue out smiley to hint sarcasm, hence GC knew i was messing about, by picking at his slight mistake.... sigh

Currently in 2014 manager of Man Utd and England.

2010-11 Newcastle finished 7th in Prem.
2011-12 Newcastle finished 4th in Prem and won league cup.
2012-13 Newcastle/Cameroon Won Prem and League Cup. Knocked out of Champions League by Barcelona 3-2 at Semi Finals stage.
2013-14 Offered Man Utd and England Job as Ferguson retired and Pearce was sacked for failing to qualify for the world cup. Infact Wales qualified instead of England! Unbeaten until FA Cup 4th Round I think against Villa got beat 3-0 using me reserves. Then lost 1-0 to Man City in the League cup Final. Unbeaten 30 games in the league ended by you guessed Man City 1-0. 1 point ahead of City with 7 games left. Panathinaikos in the quarter finals of the Champions League.

Just finished my first season with Stade Rennais I finished third in Ligue 1 and I am really pleased. I only signed one player throughout the season and that was Cheikh M'Bengue for £4.2 million.

In my fourth season as Dartford, i'm in league1. Back to back promotions from BSB South to L1 and on course for the prem. Major success being winning the league cup last season as a L2 team (beating City in the final) and subsequent European qualification. In Europe I'm leading my group containing Amkar, Galatasaray and Koln. My best result so far is Dartord 7-0 Koln. Other success was winning every single game in the BSP to finish on maximum possible points and signing Luc Castaignos for free from United and selling him six months later for 650k.

we're progressing so fast that a new policy is needed when signing players:
1. Player signed, free agent on 2yr contract
2. 1st season as first team player
Promoted to next league
3. 2nd season as a backup player. new player signed
Promoted to next league
4. allowed to leave when contract expires at end of season

eight seasons in Palermo
7 championships. 3 Europa League, 2 Champions League, 3 domestic cups, 6 domestic supercups, 4 Euro Supercup, 2 Clubs World Cup
signed a brazilian regen striker in 2012 who is an absolute beast, scored 276 goals in 246 appearances and won the WPA four times in a row
won 2018 WC with Spain
i refused jobs from Barcelona, Man Utd, Man City and Chelsea and went unbeaten for 68 matches, winning 27 of them in a row in the League

Patch: 11.3
Tactic: Koflok's goal galore v5

First goal I can say I'm proud of:

3rd Season in charge of Wigan; Promoted to the Premiership after a smashing season in the Championship (2nd by 1 point). Been offered the job of England U-21's Coach. Can't wait to get stuck in to them! :D

La Liga 7 times
Spanish Cup 3 times
Spanish Super Cup 7 times
Champions League 3 times
European Super Cup 2 times
World Club Cup 3 times
Spanish Manager of the year award 6 times

I took France to the European Championsip Semi-Finals

Fourth and final season at Roma I won the league and the cup but I once again failed to win the champions league. Thats enough with that team...for now.

Had a brief (when i say brief i mean VERY brief) spell at Fulham with the only successful thing i achieved was signing Alberto Paloschi (who finished top scorer in BPL). Resigned after a terrible string of results. Holidayed the rest of the season and now finding myself managing Mexico-a country who's squad I know next to nothing about.

I managed Huddersfield completed my first season finished 2nd and now played a couple of games in the Championship beating Astin Villa 4-1and brought delap for0 quid

Wolverhampton Wanderers

Season 1 : Finished 7th - Made Europe, Out of both cups early.

Season 2 : Finished 10th - Won FA Cup (3-3 beat Totttenham on Pens), Qualified for the Knockout phase of the Euro Cup,

Season 3 : Won the Community Shield 3-1 vs Man Utd, Just at the start of the season

My favorite result of all i have had so far, it was an amazing match, it felt like a real champions league final, also Ronaldo's red card was hilarious, as his tackle was clean, but my player dived, taste of his own medicine :D -> http://img233.imageshack.us/i/realmadrid3tottenhamhot.jpg/
Also this result, where i routed Arsenal at The Emirates, it was even sweeter because before the match Wenger told the press that Arsenal would win and basically was an arrogant prat, heres the overview (we were leading 5-0 at half time :D) -> http://img860.imageshack.us/i/arsenal2tottenham5.jpg/
Heres one where we beat Barca in the Nou Camp ->http://img811.imageshack.us/i/barcelona2tottenham3.jpg/
There are a few other but if i post too many people will probably not click all anyway.
