Started unemployed and with past experience Sunday League Footballer and then joined Hereford United in League 2 before start of the season.
Expectations were just to avoid relegation and in first season I just did that more or less solid (finished 15th).
Second season then was an absolute dream for me!
Was nearly the whole season in the playoff-ranks and really managed to get promoted to League 1!
But what impressed me even more was that the youngsters in my team that I had to give a chance as I had no budget are developping so great.. I have 8 Under-21 players in my first eleven (and to be honest..4 or 5 of them looked really bad in the beginning and were just playing as I had no alternatives!) with only 3 veterans to mix it up a bit!

Started well in my League 1 season now when my new summer signing scored the 1:0 with only seconds to go in first gameweek. Suprisingly the bookmakers gave me a 33-1 chance of getting promoted once again o.O
FA-Cup I could also advance to second round after a great penalty-shoot-out against Cheltenham.

But just now I had my first ''Down-moment'' when I got beaten 5:1 at home!

Let's see how it developes!

Started at Newport County with Sunday League football. Back to back promotions into the Premier League. Won BSP and Welsh Cup in 1st year. Came runner up in League 2 and League 1. Got last Playoff place and won a flukey final against Norwich. Finished 12th in Premier League, and have won the Welsh Cup 5 times (not that that's much of a challenge in fairness). Have now replaced Claudio Ranieri as Fiorentina manager after he retired, and am in 2016 with Christian Eriksen, Jano and Paloschi leading my attack

Won 23 games in a row. Leandro scoring 38 goals in 35 games. Won League, UEFA Cup(finished 6th in first season). Got to final of League Cup, and semi-final of FA Cup. Leandro broke his leg and was out for 6 months. Still think I would have won FACup and League Cup, if I had him.

Man City was managed by a friend

with my napoli team, i've won 4 champions leagues, 9 serie a titles, 8 italian cups, 1 europa league, 4 club world cups and 4 uefa cups in 9 years.

great draw, my team fought hard to get a draw (we favorite anyway :( ) we get 3 goal in the last 30 min and with 10 man, couldnt satisfied with my team thou, we should win this game

Currently managing Luton first season in February, taken them from 17th to 8th but with a game in hand where if I win I'm up to 4th in the BSP. Have the highest goals scored(58) and a GD of +17. Into the FA Trophy 4th round and into the FA Cup 5th round beating my beloved hammers 3-2 in the 3rd round and Man Utd 4-1 in the 4th round with no cheating whatsoever. Very happy and I'm looking to get them promoted into league 2.

My first game as Real Madrid manager, the only ways it could have gone better is if Di Maria didn't get injured and Sanchez hadn't scored

I have taken Hyde from the Blue Square North to the Championship:

Season 1 : BS North - 7th Place
Season 2 : BS North - 1st Place (4 games spare)
Season 3 : BS Premier - 1st Place
Season 4 : League 2 - 1st Place

Season 5 : League 1 - 2nd Place (missed 1st by 1 point :( )
Season 6 Championship - about to start

3 back to back league wins, 4 back to back promotions, expectancy every season to avoid relegation!

1st game in charge of Man Utd, the goals coming from an unlikely source, debutant Phil Jones
