I'm playing a middle-of-the-pack Ligue 1 team in France. Expected to finish 10th or 11th, and I'm currently 2nd about 2 months into the season, although I dont totally expect this success to last throughout the rest of the season.. I sold 2 players for a total of 35 million, and I picked up a couple strikers on loan and Marco Verratti for 3.2 million. One of the strikers is a very good 17 year old prospect, and I can buy him during the loan spell for 2.3 million. So not only did I pick up a wonderkid in Verratti for a cheap price and possibly another wonderkid for 2.3 million, but I made a huge profit in the end. I hope to finish the season within the top 6 at this point, and hopefully I'll get a decent budget next season so I can finish higher.

Absolutely buzzing, couldn't believe it, Sporting held Madrid to a 4-4 draw as we beat Malaga 2-0. it was amazing, i did an ironic jose mourinho around the house.

Since FM 2006, this was the most epic game EVER !!!!!
Managing deportivo in 2014. got Tevez and Xavi on free transfers plus to regens with PA 190 AND 184 who both start.
We go 1-0 down after 2 minutes away at Levante who are bottom after 7 games. We then score 3 goals in 20 minutes to go 3-1 up after 23 minutes, then LEVANTE STRIKER SCORES A HAT-TRICK BEFORE HALF TIME, ALL FROM CROSSES AND WE ARE 4-3 DOWN TO THE WORST SIDE AT HALF TIME. I RIPPED INTO MY PLAYERS, MADE 3 SUBSTITUTIONS AND WE SCORED 8 MINUTES INTO THE SECOND HALF KICK-OFF WITH LUIS MANUEL RUIZ (PA 184). 4-4. HOWEVER XAVI GOT INJURED STRAIGHT AFTER (OUT FOR 4 MONTHS) AND WE GO DOWN TO 10 MEN. WE DEFENDED LIKE BEAVERS (CHRIS KAMARA) AND WE MANAGED TO HOLD ON UNTIL THE 86TH MINUTED WHEN MY ITALIAN REGEN (PA178) SCORED STARIGHT FROM A CROSS WHEN MY SPANISH REGEN (PA 190) TOOK IT ROUND 4 PLAYERS BEFORE CROSSING0 GAME ENDED . . . . . . 5-4 !!!!
