ok this is the dumbest idea since sugar sticks, when i was a new member i saw people make countless threads, they are annoying especially since most of them are asking for help with man city or chelsea, when they join the site a pop up should come up showing all the stickies so they know

The rules should deter people from making duplicate threads and normally all these threads are closed and infractions handed out. People should read the rules before posting...break them and you DIE.
