Psycho's FM13 British 2050 and beyond Save-game Project

For those unaware there's a brilliant thread On SI Games forum by roversawh7 which looks at how far in the future you can get in a save game with the big 6 European Nations and takes a look at the leagues and competitions every 100 years. Link here FM13 Holiday Project 2: Top 6 European Countries

So hows mine going to be different you ask, well for a start I'm just going to be focusing on England,Scotland, Wales, Ireland and Northern Ireland Leagues (all lowest leagues loaded) and the major continental and International Competitions. And I'm going to be uploading screen shots every 25 years (game years) apart from the first which starts as the title says in 2050.

I'm also adding a...

Young Player Watch where at the start of the save files I'll be picking out a player 18 or under to see how they did during the 25 years.
Best Player Watch at the start of the save
Best Player Focus at the end of the Save
Transfer Focus
Hall of Fame and Manager Focus
Club Focus – Just before I upload screen shots from a save I'll post a message asking for 3 Clubs from any of the nations loaded, The first 3 responses will be chosen (only 1 team from 1 member)

Here we go then, shortly I'll be uploading Screen-shots from the 2013 season, Hall of Fame, Young Player and Best Player Watch.

Save Games will be available to download though not straight away, the 2050 save game will be uploaded once I get to 2250, this is to stop anyone getting ahead of me and posting screen-shots of future seasons before I get the chance.

Can i see how Celtic are in this save?

Yes you can

Going to be uploading screen-shots from the 2050 save game this afternoon, theres still time for 2 other members to choose a team.

Made one mistake on the players watch for the 2050 save game, I forgot to choose to keep the histories after retirement but I have been able to back track through the teams they played for to give you a brief view on how they fared.

The two league stage screen-shots are the missing years.

Little is known about this player in his time at Malaga except that he was the Top Goalscorer with 8 goals in the 2015/16 season. In 2018 he moved to Everton for 5.25 million where he stayed for 3 seasons making 64 appearances and scoring 21 goals Winning the FA Cup on penalties in 2021 and a community Shield winners medal before moving to Norwich that same season.

He joined Norwich for 3.3 million and once again failed to cement a First team place only making 35 appearances and scoring 7 goals before moving to Hannover 96 in 2023 for 3.3 million, and HSV in 2026 on a free where its believed he hung up his boots around 2034 though little is known about his time in Germany.

Though not a prominent member of the National team he did become the 2020 Top Goalscorer for his nation with a mere 4 goals.

Leaving Chelsea in 2017 where he barely made a appearance in the 4 years he was there he joined Leeds Utd for 525k where straight away he established a first team place as a Central Defender making 424 appearances scoring 1 goal, he retired in 2028 aged 32.

Due to the fierce competition at the time he was unable to make a regular appearance for his national side.

At an early age this player managed to become a back up player for Afan Lido but with the club struggling to stay in the top division he left for Port Talbot in 2015 where he spent 7 years mainly only being used as a substitute or back up player.

He joined Barry Town in 2022 for a free transfer where he eventually became a first team player making 126 appearances in 5 years before retiring.

He failed to make any appearances for his national side.

Since 2013 Derby County have had 23 managers which means an average off a 18 month tenure per manager, patience it seems is not a trait any of the 4 chairmen which the club have had. The latest Manager Gary Mitchell is the only manager to have tasted some sort of success with getting the team promoted back into the Npower Championship in 2049 after a 7 year absence.

Derby fans must surely be hoping the club can stabilize their position in the championship and hopefully in the future push for promotion to the Premiership, only time will tell.

Celtic have gone on to win 25 Premier titles, 16 Scottish Cups and 9 League Cups since 2013. The two most successful managers of this era have been Neil Lennon and Jordan Kidd with a further 17 managers winning only a handful of titles each, their only boast of success in Europe in this era is a Quarter Final appearance in the Europa League back in 2047.

Surprisingly no manager has been sacked from Celtic in this time with all managers leaving of their on accord.

Surely the Celtic Fans must be hoping for European glory once again since not tasting it since 1967.

Tottenham have stepped up a gear since 2013 winning 3 Premier titles, finishing 2nd twice, 1 FA Cup and twice runners up, 6 Capitol 1 cups and runners up three times, 5 Europa Leagues and what most be undoubtedly their most proud moment winning the European Champions League in 2047.

The Fans however must be extremely disappointed at the sale of the goalscoring machine Phil Laird to Man City for a measly 18.25 million in 2049.

Back soon with some awards and history records to finish off the 2050 marker.

Do you like the style this is being done ?
Is there anything you would like removed or added to make it better ?
All feed back welcome.

@ RobinPazzini Save games will be made available as stated at the bottom of the OP.
