You should be able to get results with the tactic. Obviously with all tactics I would suggest getting the familiarity up maximum as quick as possible so the team and employ the tactic to the best of their ability.

Plenty of defence in that formation already (sweeper keeper, centre backs and central midfield).

Yeah Stevenel my squad is quite powerful in some key positions but I do cultivate regens and also train players to sell on. So there is a bit of rotation.

I'm in the process of starting other saves with the formation from the beginning but I haven't just yet as I am attached to this save currently. There's some great home grown youth academy players which I have been developing.

I'd assume it should work well for top teams and sub-top teams if the tactic works for my squad currently.
