Wigan 1-1 QPR
Overall a disappointing result especially considering the amount of efforts on goal and possession we had. However considering a lot of our players were lacking fitness after a quick turn around from the Reading game I will take the well battled point. We opened the scoring through a Djibril Cisse penalty however Emerson Boyce hit back straight after the interval.

Successful November for Hoops Boss
November saw QPR boss Dudley win the BPL manager of the month award for the second month running after four wins and a draw in a very pleasing month for R's fans.

Stoke City 1-1 Queens Park Rangers
An 88th minute powerfully headed equaliser from Stephane Mbia kept our unbeaten run alive after Cameron Jerome had put the home side in front with just 10 minutes to go. We again dominated possession and coped with Stoke City's long ball tactics rather well throughout the match.

QPR 1-1 West Ham United
Another solid point, against a very physical West Ham team. Despite our promising start to the game West Ham took the lead through a Winston Reid header mid way through the first half. However an inspiring substitution to bring on Bobby Zamora with 15 minutes to go proved pivotal, as he slotted home the equaliser just 2 minutes after he had came on.

Manchester United
1-0 QPR

Our Unbeaten run of 19 games which lasted till December the 12th has finally come to an end after a 1-0 defeat to United in the Quater Final of the Capital One Cup. We played well but United just edged us in quality over the 90 minutes. Wayne Rooney scored the winner in the 17th minute.

Man City 4-2 QPR
Our League form also suffered at the hands of a Manchester club as we defended poorly against the champions. Despite goals from Adel Taarabt and Alejandro Faurlin we conceded to many goals to the likes of new City signing Kaka, and City's strike force of Carlos Tevez and Edin Dzeko.

QPR 1-1 Tottenham
A goal from Samba Diakite almost provided another home win for us, but a second half penalty from Adebayor rescued the away side a point in an end to end game at Loftus Road.

Newcastle 2-2 QPR
At the start of the day I would of took a point, but after going in at half time 2-0 up, this was hard result to take. Welington Nem and Adel Taarabt gave us a comfortable lead before the break as we punished Newcastle for poor defensive errors. The second half was a different story, as Newcastle dominated the game and a quick fire double from Shola Ameobi earned the home side a point, which their second half showing fully deserved.

Chelsea 2-2 QPR
A very entertaining London derby ended all square at Stamford Bridge as both sides created plenty of chances. Alejandro Faurlin gave us the lead in the 17th minute only for Ivanovic to level for the European champions from a set piece 2 minutes later. Then a cross turned shot from Junior Hoilet looped over Petr Cech into the net in the 26th minute leaving the home fans very frustrated. However we couldn't hold onto our lead and the frustrated home fans were celebrating a leveler in the 76th minute as Daniel Sturridge slotted past Cesar.

Aston Villa 0-4 QPR
A very satisfying result against a poor Villa side. We dominated the match from start to finish with our captain Park Ji-Sung running the show. Djibril Cisse and Stephan Mbia gave us a 2-0 lead going into the break after poor defensive mistakes from Villa's inexperienced back 4. Then 2 thunderous strikes from Park in the second half doubled our lead earning us our first 3 points in 7 games in the league.

Peterborough
0-2 QPR

A tough test for us in the 3rd round of the FA cup at Championship Peterborough United. I played a strong side not leaving anything to chance as I knew this could be a tricky fixture away from home. However our travelling fans were treated to 2 fine finishes from our leading goalscorer Djibril Cisse to secure our place in round 4 of the competition.

QPR 1-0 Everton
A late Djibril Cisse penalty 4 minutes into injury time got us all 3 points in a match with very little highlights. Despite Everton having quality in many areas of the pitch they failed to cause our defence any problems. Reserve team 20 year old Michael Harriman started (instead of loan star Coleman who was unavailable to play against his parent club) but despite my doubts about his ability to deal with Steven Pienaar down the left flank he didn't put a foot wrong all game.

QPR 2-1 Swansea
As Stephan Mbia had left us for the African cup of nations I thought this would be a very tough time to face an inform Swansea attack. However, it was our own attack who caused the damage early on as we took a 2-0 lead through Cisse and Granero. It was soon halved though, as Albert Crusat scored for the Visitors. But we managed to hang on to claim our 2nd home win in a row.

Norwich 0-2 QPR
Our 3rd win on the bounce as we look to secure European football next year. Both sides squandered plenty of chances in quite a scrappy first half at Carrow Road. Our inform captain Park Ji-Sung got us the lead just before the break as clever movement inside the 18 yard box aloud him to slot home from an Adel Taarabt cross. Our talisman of the season Djibril Cisse secured the points in the 64th minute.

Shaw and Zaha put pen to paper...
Two great signing's for us and two players who I am sure will have long and successful careers at the club. Shaw joined up with his new teammates for the first time at training today. However his England U21 international teammate Zaha is still recovering from a fractured arm and is expected to be out for 2 weeks. Luke Shaw joined from Southampton for £4m and Wilfred Zaha from Palace for £6m.

Wolves
1-2 QPR
Another tricky cup tie, again away at another strong championship side. It took 2 dramatic late goals from Esteban Granero and super sub Bobby Zamora to get us through to the 5th round of the FA cup. The game sprung into life in the 54th minute as one of our only two remaining centre half's available Needham Onuoha was sent of for a second bookable offence. Soon after Glen Wheelan took the lead for the home side. Granero's finish looked like it was going to take the tie to a replay at Loftus Road, until Zamora came of the bench and slotted home the winner with just 5 minutes left to play.

January Transfer Window Final Update:
Shaw and Zaha was not the only business I managed in the January transfer window here is the screenshot of all the In's and Out's at the club excluding Ospina who I have signed on a Pre Contract and will join in the summer.

As you can see alot more outgoings, this was to reduce the enormous wage bill which was costing us over £1m a week and for a club like QPR that is far too costly. As you can see we also brought in Jermaine Jenas who will act as cover for Alejandro Faurlin and is a player who can score goals from midfield which we need to do more often as we rely alot on Cisse for goals.
