Strong indications from twitter say that Inter Milan Head-Coach, Rafa Benitez has been sacked following his ultimatum to President Moratti.

I heard it around 7am this morning through a news source in Milan, think we will both be proved right in the next few hours mate. I just hope its not another 'Ancelotti' saga from the other week, where it was all an internet rumour
 
He can come back to liverpool!

i mean i support hodgson fully but i loved benitez... got us closer than anyone to prem league and won us champ league

it completely different they had one amazing year which they will never do again.. or anytime soon.. cant be succesful every single year

Never said he had to repeat Mourinho achievements. did I? just to go from that good to 7th, this isnt really a suprise. He should be in the top 3 at the very least. and not 7 points off top, if he wins his 2 games in hands, so at this current time they are 13 points off the pace. not good?

Not really, with that Inter squad they should be going for 1st place. Got quality all over the pitch (sadly! ;))
 
Rafa Benitez's agent insists that he is 100 per cent certain the Spaniard will stay at Inter Milan, despite speculation he could leave the club.

The former Liverpool boss has endured a tricky start to his tenure at the San Siro and recent reports suggest his days with the Nerazzurri are numbered.

Benitez has come out with a 'back me or sack me' claim, although president Massimo Moratti has remained quiet on whether there will be money to spend in the January transfer window.

Benitez's agent Emanuel Garcia Quilon says that he is fully committed to Inter and quashed talk of an exit following a win in the Club World Cup.

He told Radio Sportiva: "Benitez will stay at Inter Milan at 100 per cent. I spoke with him last night (on Friday) and he told me that he is celebrating the victory with his family."

Inter now have a winter break following their exertions in the Club World Cup and next take to the field against Napoli in January

his side has been crippled with injuries, but he is still off the pace
