Yay! Thanks to the dear old 4-3-3 DM tactic I managed to vary a little bit my playstile, being more solid backwards and taking advantage of the attacking movements of the midfielders which help my sleepy strikers.

Now morale's higher, and I'm even managing to go back to the Klopp's module now and then :D

Basically I'm following this principle for now: tough matches -> 4-3-3 ; easy or "normal" games -> Klopp's

Where is this tactic?

perfect mate :)

Still using this tactic and its great for Lewandowski at Dortmund 25 goals in 23 games, but the AML/AMC/AMR aren't as good Gotze 5 in 17 in AMC, Reus 2 in 22 as AML, Blaszczykowski 4 in 15 as AMR, Grobkreutz 4 in 20 as either AML or AMR. Its a good tactic but it seems to only have one proper outlet as thats your striker. No one else is chipping in with anywhere near enough goals, I've also used the shout the run at defense shout like you said.

Would it be better to have your inside forwards to cut inside because right now you've got the AML/AMC/AMR and the striker all set to move into the channels. Wouldn't that have all four of them going into the same space?

yeah bud, you can try that!

My AM's are also not scoring bucket loads, but are chipping in with good goals and lots of assists, you can change to cut inside and increase their creative freedom

I have actually just done this in my away game against Sunerland, will see the results in a bit!

I'm Currently Man City and despite being top of the league (should be to be fair with the team I have) by a point I have lost/drawn to:

Spurs - D
Aderlecht - L
Fulham - D
Madrid - L
Villa - L
Man Utd - L
Wigan - L

Struggling a bit with the tactic in all fairness, line up is:

Hart
Zableta Kaboul Kompany Clichy
Yaya Vidal
Mata Tevez Bale
Aguero

Wheres silva?

I'm not overly concerned by Gotze because he's assiting a lot of the time, and from what I can tell thats more the point of the AMC in this one. I just included him mostly because of it being one of the three attackers behind my striker

Hello Raikan

It's quite a while since you PM me this tactic. I have been using it alot - and tweaking (H)

I'm running a game with Man U. Here are some screenshot's of my progress, and my tweakings.

I dont use shouts and OI. Matchpreb is att. movement at home, and teamwork at away games.
I removed the AM as playmaker and set him to run from deep sometimes.
At the moment I'm trying some different settings for the striker..

Thanks for at really great tatic ^^)

those are some really great results mate :) well done!

glad to see it working well for you

hey bud, I dont think you understand that you cannot go to City and play this type of football! you need to play defensive, counter attacking, did you drop the CM's to DM's?

as I SAY ALWAYS, I do not advise using AMC tactics away from home! this tactic is no different

maybe chose a new tactic as well mate..
And also try
set the wingers to specifically man mark the wingers (AMR to AML/ML and AML to AMR/MR) like it says on the OP.

Raikan, are you familiar with Adam Maher? I've seen some quite impressive future SS of him and when I had the chance to get him on a free transfer I couldn't say no.

His natural role is AMC so he would be perfect with Klopp's tactic (Marco Van Ginkel is way too injury prone and unfortunately even Leandro Paredes turned out to be a big delusion), but what about the games when I'll chose to play with the 433 DM? Do you think he would suit in the CMR position? Maybe with Leroy Fer as the CML in easy games and a more defensive-oriented midfielder for tougher matches (I already have Simao and Mijailovic, with Leon Goretzka coming in June too).

Appreciate :)

know him very well, great player, him and Jordy Clasie are great to each other, especially in the 433 DM tactic

Had them both at QPR
so yeah, it will work at CMR

Is there any solid role on the striker who is better than (DLF), because it does not seem to work for me in any team.

Raikan I've set my wide players to cut inside and put their creativity to two clicks into much and they're doing a lot better in terms of scoring and getting into scoring positions :)

Also Raikan would this work with Liverpool at the start of the game or are your tactics designed for certain teams?
