The goals have seriously dried up with alligator. After 14 goals in my first 7 games, I've only scored 13 in the next 10. Fallen out of promotion places because my team just can't score at all. The 3 main attackers are getting below 6.4 every game.

Ehh... I find that attributes this year have very strong impact on performance more than previous year so need to look at attributes of your attackers and for example, if your striker lacks of speed and dribbling it could be much more efficient to change his role from F9 to someting more appropriate… the same for midfielders.

I remember when I made test with weak team and all my attackers had about 11-12 Finishing and Longs shots sometime I encounter matches where my team had 35+ Shots and only 2-3 was on target.

Ehh... I'm really happy about how Alligator performs right now and I decided to have some fun and started long term save with low league team… heh I’m going bring them to world glory ^^) so I put aside all testing for awhile.

Alligator. I mistakenly put raptor.

Before switching, I was using a 532 with the 3 main attackers as an AMC-SS, F9, and CF-Support. They were tearing it up, but my defense was bothering me. It was a decent tactic but the developer wasn't really working on it and it was very basic with no real set piece setup.

While I agree that ratings seem to be important, I'd rather use your tactics than the other. It just happened to not work out for me to finish out my season. But my players are in general poor for my league, so I shouldn't have too high of expectations.

I need to find a couple of good Inside Forwards and I'll try again next season :) But the inconsistency of the SS so far in my experience in 15.2 has really been bothering me.

BTW, just as a side topic, I'd love it if you made a great Ramdeuter tactic this year, I've tried the role experimentally and it seems to have great potential.

As I said attributes seems have uber importance this year. I’m noticing, for example if SS, F9 and IF have 13-14 Acceleration, Pace, Agility, Dribbling, Flair, Technique they perforce as twice as worse than if these attributes were about 15-17 and if they have all these atributes less than 12 it looks realy aweful... :)

For example If your striker has only 12 dribbling so there’s almost no chance for him to perform as F9 or SS or IF… in this case need to think about changing his role.

I’m thinking to add tweaked version of the Alligator in case you have strong and slow striker and don’t have midfielders with good dribbling because I observe solid drop in performance if you don’t have right players for the tactic.

Well I'm in league 1, but scaling those ratings down a bit my attackers should be decent.

I want to use the tactic from start to finish on a season before I really form a full opinion. Just letting you know how my season finished up. Struggled to score a bit and the attackers were worrying. But my team was low-rated for league 1, and I was certainly overachieving most of the season (started with Alligator in February).

Must say this tactic is just amazing! I beat Juve 6 -0 and my Napoli is cruising to the Scudetto! (H)

IMPORTANT 3: When you play against 5 defenders tactic then during the match you have to remove “Specific Manual Marking” PI from AMC(Alligator tactic) positon.
