These guys will become good when Casillas have gone to is mid 30s.
Call Casillas to tutor them and with the right training he will be godly.

Romelu Lukaku or Yaya Sanogo for the lone striker role.
Marco Verratti for central midfield.

As someone mentioned, you don't really have any good tacklers in your midfield. I'd go for Nigel De Jong personally, he's a monster in that game. Or maybe even a younger version of de Jong in Moussa Sissoko.

As others have said, regens too. The way I search for them, is by going onto the list of players (F5) and then going into the filter and clearing it all. Tick the box that says 'Leave out unrealistic targets' and then just go through the list and look at the players you don't recognise or are expensive as they are usually the best ones.
 
Your team is ace but lacks a Tackler ;) I would say Anthony Annan i have him and hes a beast hardly lets opponents past him in my team :D and sign some youth players like regens or what would of been 14/15 year olds at the start of the game :)
