Nice stuff with the tactics. I developed Kevin De Bruyne into an advanced playmaker who operated at AML, he was a god. Of course at Chelsea you have an abundance of talent at AML already so MC looks like a good option.

I want Jose to move Kevin to midfield even in real life, that's why. He's not elite dribbler, like Hazard and to some extent Schurrle, Hazard just dances through the opposition defense and Schurrle is quick. KdB doesn't have much pace either.

September 14th, 2013 | Cardiff City Stadium, Cardiff

Cardiff City vs Chelsea
1-3
MOTM: David Luiz

David Luiz continues scoring, scoresdone from direct free kick and another from Penalty. It wasn't a good performance but I'll take a win. Callum Chambers made a huge mistake and didn't close down the cross, certainly no fans are impressed with the kid on his debut, but I hope he improves. Ramires scored a goal from outside the box, two other goals from set-pieces/penalty.

September 17th, 2013 | Stamford Bridge, London.

Champions League

Chelsea vs Juventus
3-1
MOTM: Cesar Azpilicueta (tied with Fernando Torres).

Ah, sweet sweet revenge. Fernando Torres opened the scoring at minute 5, scoring a nice goal from a volley, it was a great moment for him, certainly his confidence went sky high for the rest of the game. He then played one-two with Cesar Azpilicueta who was making a determined run from the right wing, he kept running, Torres sent a nice through ball which Azpi scored, brilliant stuff. He started his run from my defensive third. Then at around 50 minute mark, Torres turned beautifully and played a pass for Schurrle who scored a scorcher from long range, it was an absolute delight to watch. Three goals from open play, not bad. I set up defensive approach after that, Tevez managed to score a head from a corner.

GAME OF THE SEASON CONTENDER!

September 21st, 2013 | Stamford Bridge, London

Chelsea vs Arsenal
5-3
MOTM: Ramires

View attachment 437215

What a game! This game had everything except injuries, which is a good thing. Also this is revenge for 2011. The game started in a bizarre fashion as Schurrle forced his German compatriot Mesut Ozil to score an own goal, Chelsea were up 1-0 just in the 4th minute! Ramires then popped up in the box to score a header from inside the box at 39 minute mark. Chelsea went into half time with solid 2-0 lead. David Luiz then scored a header from a Juan Mata corner at 52 minute mark, this game was looking done and dusted, then just in the next minute, Luiz decided to do a silly tackle, he was already on a yellow and was sent off.

Then Lukas Podolski decided to score an AMAZING goal from a 23 meter free kick at 61 minute mark, Cech was left standing. Mathieu Flamini also joined David Luiz, he was sent off in 69th minute. Cesar Azpilicueta, who was on left side because of a throw in, went back and played one-two with Ramires then dribbled through Arsenal defence like Hazard and scored a great right footed goal, 4-1 up at 71st minute. Olivier Giroud then made a great run and both of my defenders just lost him, he was on to Cech and scored into bottom left corner from long range, another great strike, it was looking like Arsenal were pushing for an incredible come-back! 4-2 at 75th minute.

I decided to kill the game off but then Per Mertesacker scored a great header from a corner in dying minutes of the game (87th). Arsenal were pushing for an equalizer, but Eden Hazard decided to take matter into his own hands, scoring a sorcher from distance, a truly memorable goal from the Belgian. He certainly redeemed himself with this goal, was considering benching him because he was fairly invisible in this game, Arsenal only let him make 35 touches. I was first kind of scared of Arsenal has they had only conceded "1" goal in 4 PL matches.

September 25th, 2013 | Craven Cottage, London

League Cup

Fulham vs Chelsea
1-3
MOTM: Willian

I was sick of my strikers misfiring, Torres only shone in one game in rest of the games, all of three of them were fairly anonymous, I tried an experiment of Willian at striker as False 9, and boy did it work! It was a really frustrating game for first 75 minutes, the type of game where you think that the Match Engine just hates you. I hadn't scored, was level at 1-1 thanks to an own goal from Berbatov. At 75th minute mark Willian dropped deep, collected the ball, dribbled past 3 defenders and then scored a beautiful strike! He also scored an amazing goal around 86th minute from a Counter attack initiated by him from my own half, he's **** quick! Two beautiful strikers from the Brazilian, I hadn't given him much chances before because I sort of did not like him, but he's proving his worth.

September 28th, 2013 | The Stadium of Light, Sunderland

Sunderland vs Chelsea
0-1
MOTM: John Terry

The scoreline doesn't tell full story, we battered them left and right, they didn't have a single pop on my goal. But it was John Terry who managed to score from a set-piece, Willian was tired so I had to go with Torres uptop because both of my other strikers were injured. And he was really poor, introduced Willian at half time who fluffed three **** easy 1 on 1 chances which I bet I could've scored, it doesn't seem like I'll be experimenting with False 9 any soon, again.

End of the month review

Another great month, I haven't yet lost in my second stint at Chelsea. I'm definitely in a dreamland and I know this isn't going tolast forever but I'm thoroughly enjoying it. We played some good football in this month and there were some interesting matches, I sincerely hope fans enjoyed it.

Player of the Month

Ramires

His relentless running, tackling and pressing is a contribution not many notice, but only a manager knows how much important he is to the team. He also popped up twice to to score goals in decisive games. The most unorthodox Brazilian midfielder.

I play two different tactics, depending upon the nature of the game and opponent. I also change player roles (Like from BBM to DLP or BWM) depending upon the player I'm using and opposition's weakness. I also change player instructions and change formations during the match, but here's my starting tactic. I also change the Forward's role, but I only switch it b/w DLF (Support or attack) and False 9. I want the striker to link up with my other players, I don't want him to just keep on looking for the goal (Poacher). My Forwards have more assists than goals. I also play Mata on right as IF and Oscar in centre (If he's fit).

Ossie, King of Stamford Bridge

October 10th, 2013 | Parc Des Princes,Paris

(Champions League)

OEoHrl7.png

MOTM: Eden Hazard (1 Assist, created most of my chances)

It was a sublime display of Counter Attacking football. Nice performance from my defenders, PSG scored as soon as I subbed David Luiz off, lol. But to score 3 goals against a defensive pair of Thiago Silva and Marquinhos is amazing. We had more shots and CCC on the counter. They committed 25 fouls just to stop our counters, this is good stuff. I wasn't too confident about away game to PSG. Also their Striker force of Ibrahimovic and Cavani is quite scary. I tried Willian as False 9 again, he repaid my trust by scoring an important goal.

October 7th, 2013 | Old Trafford, Manchester

XOqUFCy.png

MOTM: Rio Ferdinand

We were again dangerous on the counter, but Rio Ferdinand did well to nullify us. Had great chances, but Samuel Eto'o fluffed a best one, who is yet to open his account for Chelsea. He's on a goal drought and we had a spat after this match. My best performer was David Luiz, who nullified their attack. And made a goal line clearance from a John Terry mistake. Willian caught a knock in last match and I had to play Eto'o in this match.

October 19th, 2013 | Stamford Bridge, London

zmzDtXB.png

MOTM: Demba Ba

Finally one of my Strikers have scored, that's a total of 3 goals among my strikers in about 16 appearances (including subs). Willian as False 9 was working incredibly well but he got injured. Mostly boring game except a couple of brilliant moments from the Senegalese.

October 23rd, 2013 | Stamford Bridge, London

zCMgBL5.png

MOTM: Gary Cahill

Crazy Crazy game, Cahill's goal was actually a lobbed pass from half line to my striker but it bounced above the falling GK and went in, surely goal of the season contender, Ramires again managed to pop up to score a fierce strike. Juan Mata scored from an Eden Hazard assist. Eden's becoming extremely unselfish, he could've scored himself but passed to Mata who was clear on to the goal.

Honorary mention to Lewis Baker who made his first senior appearance at Chelsea. He's blue through and through, an Academy product who's been at the club since he was 9. He took the chance and performed admirable, I think I'll keep him around first team.

October 26th, 2013 | Stamford Bridge, London

nAzrMYw.png

MOTM: Marco van Ginkel

Ryan Shawcross was amazing for Stoke and we found it hard to get past him, we still had plenty of chances but just couldn't score more than one. Marco van Ginkel sent a shot from long range past their GK, it went off the inside off woodwork, a fabulous strike. Marco van Ginkel completed a whopping 100 passes of his 104 attempted. His passes were not sideways or backwards, he was DLP, created chances with through balls. I can already see Barca's scouts sniffing around him.

October 30th, 2013 | Stamford Bridge, London

(League Cup)

mZ9Fvru.png

MOTM: Lewis Baker

Baker assisted a goal in the first game, created a couple of chances, this time he took over scoring. He also had one of his Free kicks from long-range hit the woodwork. Sunderland only managed two runs in my half, only two total shots and two shots on target and they scored both of the time! It was Fernando Torres who saved me from going into ET, scored from a John Terry long ball. Not so good performance but I'll take it, League Cup is mainly to give a run to my youngsters.

End of the month review

NGrynAv.png

We had two difficult away games at the start of the month and I think you've to hand it to our defenders and attackers for playing efficiently. I wasn't confident that our winning streak will continue considering two tough away matches but we're still unbeaten in this season, we have also played one of our toughest PL games at Old Trafford. Rest of the games were good ones at Stamford Bridge, we did not underestimate any opposition and won all the games. It has been a honeymoon period for me so far in-charge of Chelsea.

Premier League Table

Seems like Newcastle are here to stay, they've managed to win all of their games, some impressive performances indeed. Southampton are in relegation zone and their manager Pochettino has been sacked and they've hired Guus Hiddink. A person I hold dearest as a Chelsea fan.

Player of the Month

PprUhZt.jpg

The Belgian has been our most creative player of the season so far. He's also formed a deadly combo with Andre Schurrle. The German takes over shooting and scoring whereas Hazard focuses on creating. He's been playing on a different level this season, Although David Luiz would have again won this award if he hadn't gotten injured and ruled out for rest of the month after Norwich game.

MOTM: Andre Schurrle

Willian as a False 9 is working well so far, but I've got 3 strikers on the roster, they're going to be ******. He got a goal and an assist today. MOTM was Andre Schurrle for 2 goals and 1 assist. We completely destroyed them on the break, it was also our first thumping of the season. Crystal Palace have been performing above expectations and were lying at 14th position before this match. Schurrle scored a magical long-range effort which won him Goal of the Month award. He himself won the ball from deep and ran at goal.

Torres seems to love scoring against European teams, got a couple of goals and an assist, our second thumping in a row.

MOTM: Winston Reid

I was resting Lampard for this game but instead of scoring he gave them a late equalizer. Reid affected the game on both ends, defended well and scored the equalizer. We're still unbeaten in this season.

MOTM: Sylvain Distin

A really good match, which scoreline doesn't reflect. Both teams created chances, they dominated the possession and the match while we were on counter. We created 3 clear cut chances and should have won but Tim Howard did a great job to save them, so did Petr Cech to keep it level.

November 27th, 2013 | Juventus Stadium, Turin

(Champions League)

SlBwoHY.png

MOTM: Arturo Vidal

Wasn't too confident entering this match, we got thumped 3-0 last year here. Had to start Eto'o as striker as he had got annoyed for being benched. If anyone is noting, he still hasn't scored in blue. It was going all good until John Terry had a brainfart and decided to tackle a the striker even when the ball was upfield, ref gave him red directly and then an injury in 87th minute forced us to 9 men. We defended our *** off but Vidal got a great goal in probably last kick of the game.

November 30th, 2013 | Stamford Bridge, London

LcJqV5Y.png

MOTM: Tom Ince

Villa came to London only to defend. I hadn't playing Ince in a long time, considering Eden Hazard had taken over right flank as Schurrle was doing good on left. He had fallen third in pecking order behind Hazard and Mata. First 70 minutes were drab and I was afraid that this match might end 0-0, seemed like we'd used all out striking power in first two games, but then Ince scored a great goal with a first time shot. Then Torres (subbed on at 81) scored a great goal from long range Free kick. Eto'o continues his goal drought.

End of the Month review

View attachment 436628

The winless streak was starting to worry me, even Villa held us off pretty well for first 70 minutes. I absolutely hate visiting Goodison Park, but we could've won that game, props to Howard for keeping us at bay. The first two matches this month had me dancing, but the away match against West Ham was a disappointment, we should have scored more than one. We also could have won against Juventus if it hadn't been for injury time strike by Vidal.

Premier League Table

Newcastle are showing no signs of slowing down, although they've had relatively easier fixture and most home games for a team so far.

Player of the Month

Petr Cech

Yb7Ewy2.jpg

Kept 4 Clean sheets in this month and kept us in the game in Turin when Juventus had a total of 22 Shots, even at this age, he's the most reliable goalkeeper, he's the best for me. I don't feel as confident with anyone else in the goal as Petr Cech. (Yeah, a dig at Casillas).

Eto'o finding it tough

eok3lIc.jpg

Samuel Eto'o, who was signed on a free transfer from Anzhi Makhachkala hasn't found his feet in Premier League, yet. After pursuing Wayne Rooney from Manchester United for large part of the summer transfer window, Jose Mourinho signed Samuel Eto'o who had played under him before at Inter Milan. Samuel Eto'o had been playing in Russian League for 2 years, which is nowhere near the level of English Premier League.

Samuel Eto'o was once one of the most lethal strikers in Europe when he was playing for FC Barcelona. Chelsea fans certainly weren't happy with this signing as they doubted the player's ability to adapt to a much harder league at the age of 32. Also Samuel Eto'o has said some bad things about Chelsea in past when he was playing for the European rivals FC Barcelona. He certainly hasn't played well enough to make fans forget that.

Chelsea fans are not happy with Jose Mourinho's decision to sign an ageing striker who's a shadow of past himself and the fact that his arrival resulted in their best Striker going on loan. Romelu Lukaku(20) has 7 goals this season which is one more than Chelsea's strikers have scored combined (2 Ba + 4 Torres). Striker department was an evident weakness of Chelsea side last year, they have had to use their Attacking midfielder as a makeshift Striker in the wake of performances from their Strikers so far.

Fans are afraid that incompetence in striking department might cost them Premier League title. Chelsea have a better chance of winning the title this year than they've had in last few years, with all other title contenders struggling.

Drab match, Ba's only quality is falling down on the slightest of touch, he earns a penalty. Cole had been on the bench for majority of the season as Bertrand has been in awesome form. Needed a Captain today with Frank and Terry out.

A trip to St. James' Park is has been very difficult for Chelsea in past few years, we were very effective on counter, I'm proud of the team. Krul's OG was basically Oscar's goal, ME bug. I could watch Ramires' goal again and again and again, it was a beautiful finishing from a beautiful team move on the counter.

MOTM: The Special Juan (Mata)

Juan Mata hat-trick, Two mind blowing strikers and a penalty. This match was all about Juan Mata and maybe Petr Cech's mistake that resulted in Cavani scoring a header from close range. There are no starters in this Chelsea side, Juan Mata was not making a case for himself but this game has surely earned him a starting spot in next one.

MOTM: David Luiz

Another great performance from David Luiz. Negredo broke the dead lock by scoring a great team goal, Ashley Cole who had just came in for Bertrand in 54th minute (was he was looking like he'll earn a red) scored from a counter in the next minute. Then Azpilicueta got second yellow for persistent fouling, I shouted at the ref and also got sent off.

Steve Holland (Asst. Manager) decided to play defensive and introduced Schurrle as striker for Torres who can defend, we again scored from a counter with only goalkeeper to beat, another goal of the season contender from Zee Zerman from long range, assisted by Luiz who had moved to RB following Azpi's sending off, I had no subs left so Mikel moved to CB. Then he scored his trademark free-kick from long range. Amazing win after going down to 10 men, we didn't allow many shots, props to defence.

A disappointing performance, Schurrle came on as a sub in extra time and saved me from the pain of Penalty Kicks. Reading came here and parked the bus. We did have a lot of chances but lack of a capable striker almost hurting us again. Also props to Stuart Taylor for keeping Reading in the game. Debutant Isaiah Brown was desperate to get himself on the score sheet, Stuart pulled off some outstanding saves from incredible shots of Isaiah Brown.

Lampard controlled the midfield today, and one thing about having pacey dribblers is that they earn you penalties. Juan Mata's long range goal was probably the only real highlight of this match, but 3 points and a clean sheet against a tough opposition in an away game, I'll take them.

This was probably the toughest month of the campaign and we won 4 of our most difficult games of the season by 3-1, I'm sure fans loved it. Although I personally prefer a 2-0 win and a clean sheet but fans love goals. A poor tactical choice by me cost us a perfect month, I take the blame.

View attachment 436630

I was skeptical about qualifying for CL after drawing French and Italian champions but we did it and did it in style. 16 from 18 points are certainly not bad against the likes of PSG and Juventus. I did not want to get knocked out to Europa in my first year in-charge of my second stint, credit goes to some great defensive performances from the lads.

I promise fans we will not become a boring Counter-attacking team, we will play beautiful football but I need to produce results while doing so, I will also analyse and streamline the squad next season.

Player of the Month

David "Geezer" Luiz

He was absolute solid at the back and showed great leadership qualities when one of John or Frank were not on the pitch. He is proving his doubters wrong. He is really hard working professional, always ready to learn and work on what I told him to. He was talented but needed to iron out the mistakes, we're now seeing the result. He will be John Terry's successor as a Captain.

Mid season review and stuff.

View attachment 436627

At the start of the season, who would've thought this would be the table by New year. Newcastle went on a great run of form initially, but after the lose to title contenders Chelsea, they've slowed down a bit. Manchester United were lying at 6th for a long time but now they seem to be back in the race. Oil-rich Manchester City are finding it hard to bully the teams the way everyone had thought they would do at the start of the season.

This season has been very unpredictable, with West Brom fiunding themselves in relegation zone, the battle in the mid table is quite tough, Liverpool were lying at 15th after 19 games, now they're 8th. There's only a difference of 4 points from 8th position to 16th, Liverpool have also played one extra game so there's a chance of at least a couple of teams overtaking them soon. The talk about Chelsea matching Arsenal's feat of an unbeaten season has begun.

Managerial changes

Southampton

Guus Hiddink made a return to English Premier League after Southampton manager Pochettino was sacked. No one was expecting him to take over Southampton but he said in his presser that he had offers from a couple of top teams in EPL but he could not manage one of Chelsea's rival teams, because of his friendship with Roman Abrahmovich and his feelings for Chelsea and some of it's player.

Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham Hotspurs got one of the most unconventional and famous coaches, Marcelo Bielsa. Everyone wanted him to ply his trade in English Premier League and he is here too, at a good team. This season is just getting better and better. Tottenham were performing very poor under Andre Villas Boas and Levy felt the need of change. Bielsa won 6-2 in his first game at WHL against Liverpool.

Liverpool

Liverpool sacked Brendan Rogers, another coach related to Chelsea, there's something suspicious about this. Liverpool had been performing miserably under Brendan Rogers whose new tactic experiment failed miserably. Liverpool got thumped by the likes of Southampton (!) at Anfield.

So that's one ex-Chelsea coach returning to EPL while 2 ex-Chelsea coaches sacked...

Breaking News!

Our sources tell us that Chelsea have signed a Striker. He is one of Europe's elite and that Samuel Eto'o might be on his way out of Stamford Bridge. We're yet to receive any conformation on who he is. This news surely has Chelsea fans dancing as they think title is there for the taking.

Loving this - excellent run of form! - Diego Costa please! :D

I think I've given a hint already, and considering those expectations, none of you are going to be excited unless you're Chelsea fans. Even at this age, he's rated 4.5Stars and I didn't have money for Costa, Lewandowski doesn't want to play in England for some reason in FM 14

I was actually thinking of stopping the story considering the ease with which I'm cruising in the league and my best players aren't even in form. (Hazard, Oscar are performing miserably). The other top teams are absolutely crappy this year. City have finally put up a winning run but they're still far too off.

Chelsea announce the signing of... Dider Drogba!

View attachment 436078

It's return of "King Didier" at Stamford Bridge. Drogba who had left Chelsea after a fairly tale ending has come back to Stamford Bridge. The Stamford Bridge legend was signed for a fee of 925k from Turkish Giants Galatasary. Drogba hasn't shown any signs of ageing yet, he also won African Football of the year award recently. He's one of the leading goalscorers across Europe (In Domestic League as well as Champions League).

View attachment 436077

Chelsea's strikers have been misfiring a lot this season, only Fernando Torres has been able to make any sort of worthwhile contribution, and that is saying a lot. Samuel Eto'o was also released for free, went on to sign for Sevilla.

Jose Mourinho said that Eto'o was finding it tough in English Premier League, especially without backing from the stands. He has brought back the Stamford Bridge legend to contribute this year and be a player/coach from next year, also tutoring Romelu Lukaku who is largely believed as Drogba 'successor at Stamford Bridge.

Didier Drogba:
Drogba has been in lethal form this year and also adds some muscle to our relatively fragile front line. (Usually Eden Hazard/Andre Schurrle, Torres, Mata, Oscar/Willian) and also gives an aerial target upfront.

Out
Eder Alvarez Balanta
: (Writing as OP not Jose) Signing Balanta felt like cheating because he is too good at 20 and I did not know about him before FM14. Takes away the reality from the game, I've refrained myself from using him, I did keep Doria as I knew him since April when he made his Brazil NT debut, he's a recognized talent. I could've sold him for quite a bit more, but I calculated the amount I totally paid for him including Transfer fee and wages, It accounted to ~9.5M, Sold him for 0.5M less because I did play him.

Samuel Eto'o: He couldn't adapt to English Premier League, he was performing very poorly, I reall like the player and want him to do better so he was release from the club to achieve better things in Spanish League.

Contract extensions

Cesar Azpilicueta: Azpilicueta has been a consistent performer throughout the season, he's a hard working player, I absolutely love him. He was rewarded with a new 4 year contract, which increased his wages from 30k/week to 55k/week.

John Terry: John's contract was set to expire this year, he signed a 2 year extension and lowered his wages from 175k/week to 125k/week. He has performed well to earn himself an extension

Kevin De Bruyne: He also got reward for good form, he was initially on very low wages at 21k/week, with too many teams intersted in him, where he would've gotten a first team status, he chose to stay and fight for his place at Chelsea. He signed a contract at 37.5k/week

Youngsters Promoted to first team

Andreas Christensen: Not one of the elite talents of Europe but he impressed me a lot in training. His work ethic and dedicated is great. He is currently being tutored by John Terry himself. He's currently a depth option but I usually give him last 20-30 minutes in the games that are already won.

Lewis Baker: He got his debut in a League cup match and performed admirably, He's taken over in midfield when we were struggling from injuries and some players were performing poorly, he took his chance and now he's above in pecking order to the likes of Lampard, De Bruyne, Marco Van Ginkel.

(Jose Mourinho does not make radical changes first season in-charge, especially not in January unless it's an emergency (like in the case of Striker).

The Little Magician

MOTM: Drogba

Drogba makes a special start to his second Chelsea stint winning us the game single handedly, Petr Cech O.G. is a goal by Wilfried Bony, bug. Just don't look to control possession against Swansea and you've got the answer to them.

MOTM: Kevin De Bruyne

It was a great moment for Skrill Premier side Hereford, they went up by 1-0 in 4th minute, direct free kick past Schwarzer. He wasn't tested again after that, we piled up 5 goals in the first half only. Players got complacent in second half and didn't manage to score a single one.

MOTM: Ramires

Two pure inspirational goals from the two excellent players. Mata hit a first time volley to score a powerful striker from a Ramires pass, then Ramires dribbled through their defence to score an amazing goal.

MOTM: John Obi Mikel

Me (to Mikel): Will you man mark Steven Gerrard out of the game?, Mikel: Yes boss! (Gerrard had 5.8 rating at the end)
Great strikers from both of my wingers, I started Fernando Torres in this game as he drops deep and supports wingers better than Drogba. Suarez decided to bite another one of my players, Andre Schurrle this time but referee saw it and he was sent off. Liverpool have been terrible this season, to put this in context, they lost to Burnley in FA Cup at Anfield, 4-2

MOTM: Oscar

Created both goals and scored one himself, I'm noticing that most teams try to kick my players around, a lot of fouls and bookings. Ryan Bertrand was lurking inside penalty area and scored a great goal from Oscar through ball.

(League Cup, Semi Final 2nd Leg)

MOTM: Willian

This was the match where it looked like my unbeaten run will come to an end, they had more possession, more chances, more shots and shots on target. Willian's goal was a great moment in a bad performance, we still win on aggregate.

MOTM: Marco Van Ginkel

A great performance from largely my second string (Jose Mourinho never fields an entire team of second string), Last OG should be Demba Ba's goal, this bug is really annoying. Reading did not sit back and defend, due to this my players just tore them apart. Van Ginkel scored two goals and assisted another one, also hit woodwork with a great long range effort.

MOTM: Fernando Torres

Torres had a great game, I prefer him to Drogba when breaking down a parked bus. He also got two assists. Cardiff City came here only to break the legs of my player, two of them got Injured. They committed a whooping 31 fouls, they also lead the league in bookings. FA should really consider taking some serious action, they are destroying football.

End of the month review

View attachment 436055

We are still in both of the cups, didn't lose a single point in the league while playing some good attacking football. It was a very busy month, had to do a lot of rotation to keep the players fresh but all of them performed very well. The lads also gave me a good Birthday present(s). My birthday is on 26th, so the games before and after it were magical.

Player of the month

Nathaniel Chalobah

View attachment 436054

No one played more than 3-4 matches this month, but he was by far the most consistent player. The English U21 player looked solid on and off the ball, he's like the fusion of Yaya Toure and Mikel. A great player on the ball, calm, can shield the defence very well and he's only 18!
