I meant say if I had the striker sent off would you sacrifice the sweeper and leave 2 at the back or would you arrange the set up to still have 3 at the back

If winning then you would obviously keep your backline intact.

Losing then yes I'd probably sacrifice a defender for the attacker or moving one of the segundo forward into CM or AM to support is another option to think about.

Only with a massively overpowered newgen team in 2033.. Won 6 in a row PL and something like a 4 or 5 year undefeated run in Carabao cup
