What are you basing this on? I watch La liga when I get home from the United games and I think Messi is better, that is my opinion. Goals, stlye of play and attitude will always be better than Ronaldo.
Edit: Why would he struggle in the PL? Just because he is smaller? La Liga is the best league in the world, he has proved himself there and shouldn't have to prove himself in any other league.

Man, I'm spanish, so I watch La Liga, and I've always prefered Messi over the portuguese lad.

I likely to have posted already on this thread. But it is Ronaldo with out a doubt in my mind.. His form for Madrid is sensational, He is the best player in the world still, and always will be... Most entertaining player i have seen in a utd shirt.

All Im going to say about the matter is If Ronaldo was on my team I would probably lay him out in training while watching Messi I would love to be his Team mate as he works for the team passes and doesnt moan and throw his dummy out when he loses it. Also by looking at the stats He is better but I suppose all this bullshit about Barca being better than Madrid being a major factor.

To me, Ronaldo has done everything his doubters said he couldnt.
He has left his confort zone ( Man Utd) and Banged in goals in another top class league, He has started to score goals and perform on the international scene... Whilst Messi hasnt done either.. come back Messi when you leave barcelona and go to another league and have the same affect.
Hardly.. Ronaldo rarely blames others for his mistakes, but of course he gets frustrated when he doesn't receive the ball if he's in a good position (much like Berbatov now)..
Also, of course being in a better team helps. Jermain Defoe can score 15 goals a season at Spurs, but if he went to a club with better service, not doubt he'd get 25+ a season.
If you put Ronaldo at Stoke, he'd still get 20+ goals a season, Messi would not imo.
