Its not a network game. How it works is as follows:

You are the chairman of a club. Through this website, you make transfers, set budgets, fire and hire a manager (if wanted) and a few other little things.

Once all that is done, I edit all the changes into the game and sim it, so your manager takes over. You can also sign people during Jan. Thats a very brief run through!
