If I recall correctly, FM already has that covered under the positions tab?

As said earlier in the thread, some people like to d o it that way, whereas others prefer to have a tool which helps them, especially when people have small budgets. Also, people who make shortlists will find this extremely helpful.

In summary, if you don't want to use it, don't download.

No problem asking, but it has been answered in the first post of page 5.

Is this tool contains some algoritam so player's PA could be calculated (like in FM Scout) ?

Unlikely at this point for two reasons:

1) I don't know really anything about player growth and development patterns.

2) The potential attributes were mere estimates, not exact values.

Although if anyone can help me with this, it would be much obliged.
 
Looks brilliant Fossmeister , i've been reading through this as more is added and it looks very impressive ! Can't wait for it to be released :)
