I feel if King wasn't drowned in injuries, he'd easily be one of the best defenders in Europe.

Even if he can only play 1 game, that game he plays in will benefit you loads.
 
What difference does it make if he goes or not? Surely most of you must agree that England wont win the World Cup even with all your best players and im not saying that cosim Scottish. Just look at the facts, England are a good team when they are playing the smaller teams but under Fabio you have not been very impressive against any decent teams like Brazil, Spain, Holland and Ukraine. It will be them sort of teams that you will need to beat in order to win and i dont fancy your chances against the likes of Messi, Torres, Villa, Pato etc. even the likes of Dempsey might just give your defence a shock
 
People are saying 'he's not fit enough', but it's unlikely he'll play unless there is an injury, and if we take 4-5 centre backs we still have another 2 to use if Terry, Rio and Ledley aren't available.

Why not? He's an amazing centre back, he could play for any team in the Premier League, and who cares if he's injury prone, that is what backups are for. Give him a go Capello, he'll give the goods.

Hasn't really been that good this season tbh, certainly hasn't stood out compared to players like Dawson and King, especially when they play together.

If Lescott was one of youe consistent performers city would have fighting for relegation. He was below average in the first half of the season and second half he was injured for the most part. Hardly consistent performer. Just that city Paid him 24M doesnt make him any good defender. He was average defender but with Everton defenders gets lot of protection as the whole team play their part in both defense and attack. He scored few goals for everton all of a sudden he was hyped. Moyes did well to get atleast thrice the price he was worthy.

Well we are talking about the Bolton team who have Kevin Davies and Johan Elmander upfront, along with Klasnic. It's not real surprise you're top scorer isn't one of those 3. We don't need a centre back who scores goals, we need someone who can defend consistently, aka Ledley King.
 
Paul McGrath was the same and did not train every week and he played in the world cup for Ireland. Yes he should go. He wont be a starter but is far better option than Campbell, Lescott, Upson.
 
No. He'll be injured in his first game... Would be a waste with some of the players you've already got
 
He's too injury prone and not all that good anyway.
