And I'd like to one thing you guys.How should I train these players for reach their potential? I'm glad if you help this issue and leave a comment.

The best way for players to reach their potential i finf quicker e.g full potential by 21. Is simply play them as much as possible doesnt matter what age just play them. Loaning never seems to work for me even at a club with excellent facilities.

My star striker for Chievo on FM14 was from Saudi Arabia, he was amazing. Of course FM15 came out just as he was hitting top form.
