14 months later, he became a monster !!! 46 matches for 28 goals and 19 assists at only 17 old.. I never saw that before. He is very good in technical and physical attributes. He manages very well the important matches

I'm going to show you some of my most talented players. I would appreciate advices on how I could train these youngsters and also how good they look
. I'm playing on a FM14 save just because I hadn't finish this save when FM15 was released. I personally think the best ones are Lemaire and Salman. I'm so unsure about which two strikers I should prioritise. Which strikers would be good in a partnership and which are best ones? Thanks(H)

I personally never had a good RB/LB regen except once, a player who played Dm and had crossing of 18, pace 17 and acc of 15 and all the other stats were in line with those, now I dont have Screenshots since those were in other Fm but from this years one I got 3 regens that could be mine best ever, but dont wanna jynx it, so Ill show their Screenyes when they become fully fledged First team players

Seriously i dont wanna be a ****, but no way is it possible for a regen to be that good at 17. Unless he played first team football from 14 or something.
No problem. However this proves that it is possible. I have not done anything to change the attributes if thats what you are suggesting. To be honest i dont even know how I would go about that.

Sorry mate jus remembered that its fm15. One of the problems with it was regens reached their potential way to quickly only after two or three seasons of first team footy.

Anyone have any thoughts on this regen keeper? Do you reckon he'll be half-decent? He's being tutored by Rulli, who is a world class keeper on my save. Any feedback appreciated.

I see that your assistant rates his potential at three stars. If he rates your top players at five stars i'd be worried he wont develop to be a world beater. At 18 his stats are obviously very good, but his reported potential is worrying. This also depends on your assistants judging potential ability-attribute of course. If they're not very high, get a report from a staff member with close to 20.
