So how are this tactic working now? are the latest tactics in the OP?
 
I Shall test them now on a new Save as Arsenal with Transfers

Hi TheWibe,

Im using the training recommended at the front page, but it seems that many of the players are not satisfied with the quality of the training, what do you do about that, just ignore it or?
 
Already got the best coaches - my question was wetter to ignore this? Maybe this happens for others as well, but do not want the training to affect the morale in the squad...

Only got problems with u-21 squad... The U-21 manager train the players "heavy/very heavy"... Some are not happy :(
 
This tactic is legit, for sure.

The screenshot is from quite a few seasons in, but even first season with Ajax ended as runner-up to the Champions League title. Success story ever since.

The problem is that your Reserve/U21 team does not run the same match training as your first team does, so make sure to take control of your reserve/u21 match training :)

Only 11 conceded as well...

This is from the same year as the 208 goals for / 11 conceded. The fans are slightly concerned that despite the good results the football played by the club has been less than exciting?! Talk about demanding fans...
