I won 4-1 with liverpool, with micheal keane n sciglio as new additions in the defence.

my *** man told me to exploit header minutes into the match

with this tactic, off target shots are high. Just at the edge of the box
 
First few games with Arsenal

vs Crystal Palace - Away 1-1 26 shots 9 on target - 55% poss
vs Man City Home 2-2 18 shots 11 on target - 51% poss
vs Sunderland Home 1-1 29 shots 11 on target - 60 % poss


off targets shot do tend to be high - but will not judge properly till least full season done

vs Sevilla - Away 0-0 14 shots 3 on target (Super Cup) Draw
vs Sevilla - Home 4-0 29 shots 8 on target (Super Cup) Win
vs At. Madrid - Home 2-3 20 shots 7 on target and 1 Red Card Lose
vs Las Palmas - Away 1-1 21 shots 1 on target Draw
vs Alaves - Away 1-0 19 shots 6 on target Lose

Only use long shots?? wtf

You need to update the D-Corner routine as its not implemented in the tactic also PI of Go Foward to the IF's,

i also noticed they use too much long shots try to put Shoot Less Often to youre players.
 
on the whole it looks a solid tactic - just the shots thing is very frustrating

Arsenal save vs Scunthorpe 22 shots only 2 on target - only won on penalties

have changed the front 6 to shoot less often to see if that helps


7 games played so far 156 shots 37 shots on target - 11 goals

Defence wise - only 5 goals conceded


For me is the AML (who is wasting the most chances - 5 / 6 /7 shots per game with usually none on target)

the only thing i can think about its in Team Instruction tick work ball into box? dont know the exact name and i dont remember if there is any other instruction to make the team shoot the once that are clear and be more patience,
BTW guys i recommend implementing the ATTACKING corner routine from PAV tactic that is from strikerless website.
 
I had the same problems as a lot of others in here, lots of shots and ballpossesion but not so many shots on goal.

I have tried many different things, and one that seems to be working is to change the striker from false nine to poacher. Seems like the poacher strectches the defense more and that gives the offensive midfielders more room. Fewer shots in total but alot more of the shots is on goal, and more goals in total. My striker scores alot more also.

I'm trying the poacher tweak with a very pacey striker (19 pace & 19 acceleration) and it looks promising so far, seeing quite a few killer balls behind the defensive line (he also has 6 for finishing & 5 for composure so lots of squandering, still 3 goals in first 2 league matches).

Could FM17 be the return of the poacher? Bring back the poacher!
