slow wonderkid ? help please

hi, i have a defender wonderkid , but ... he's very slow .
acc : 10
speed : 7

how can i improve his speed ?

OT: It will take time, but, in his training you will have to set his aerobic training pretty high - probably in his own schedule. Having poor physical stats for young players is kind of bad IMO. AFAIK they take the most PA points to increase.

How young is he? Just focus on training him regarding aerobics, I've seen young players jump a few points in the speed category, but it's not a given.

If he is detrimental to your style of play, and the lack of speed is hurting, sell him, he is a wonderkid you'll get a pretty penny for him and you'll be better off.
