Haha! Well done and good luck with your team as well Let me ask you something.. do you ever play Luke Shaw, Stephens, Ward-Prowse or Sinclair from the u/18 in the first team?

Stephens is in my 1st team as back up to Kelly 2nd season. Had Kelly tutor him him 1st season & used him in cup games, currently pushing Kelly for his spot in Feb 2nd season.

As for Shaw, sent him out on loan last month to Walsall (feeder club) currently touted as next Ashley Cole on my game, hoping he progresses well over next 2 years as his mental & physical stats aren't the best.

Not really, last season they were in my u18s, and I occasionally played them in cup games. Usually against League 1/2 teams.

This season I requested a feeder team for loaning players and the board came back with Crewe who are still in League 2, so I've sent Ward-Prowse, Sinclair and Shaw out on loan to them. Morton have signed Chambers on loan and my team, Livingston, signed Stephens - both of those teams are in Scottish First Division.

I wouldn't want to make them team regulars until they are at least 19-21, don't want youngsters growing too quickly as they will peak too soon and be on the decline as footballers by 26/27. Learned that the hard way .
