We may have won the league but where not taking our foot off the pedal as we destroyed Naval. Alan Dzagoev is coming into his own lately.

Didn’t deserve to win after Kameni kept us in the game before Milevskyi’s goal. 100% in the shootout before Kameni saved Balotelli’s penalty.

Did well in the games he played in and was awesome in the Portuguese Cup semi final. Couldn’t really get a game in the league because of the form of Kameni.
Carlos Kameni 49 Games 0 Goals 0 Assists 7.03 Av.Rat 1 MOM
Carlos at times woeful but other times awesome and his £5,000,000 price tag was justified in the Champions League final where he pulled off a string off saves and saved the last penalty in the shootout.
Defenders:
Gabriel Milito 17 Games 2 Goals 0 Assists 7.17 Av.Rat 1 MOM
Only signed in July but quickly confirmed his place in the team with great displays against AC Milan and Wolfsburg in the Champions League.
Caniera 44 Games 2 Goals 2 Assists 7.07 Av.Rat 2 MOM
The most consistent defender who never seemed to put a foot wrong all season. Never got injured and was the ever present in the back line.
Abel 34 Games 0 Goals 4 Assists 7.01 Av.Rat 0 MOM
Made the right back position his own early in the season until I started playing Salihamidzic ‘cause he was getting unhappy.
Hasan Salihamidzic 17 Games 1 Goals 0 Assists 7.03 Av.Rat 0 MOM
The Bosnian didn’t have a good season due to injury and suspension and underperformed in most of the games he played in.
Kakha Kaladze 47 Games 0 Goals 4 Assists 7.06 Av.Rat 0 MOM
The £4,000,000 payed for the left back turned out to be a snip as he always did a job for the team and didn’t have one bad game all season.
Tonel 30 Games 0 Goals 0 Assists 7.10 Av.Rat 2 MOM
Most of his 30 appearances came off the bench with many starts in the cup but has the quality to start games but it was just the form of the back four.
Daniel Carrico 48 Games 1 Goals 2 Assists 7.07 Av.Rat 1 MOM
The vice-captain was easily the our Defender Of The Season with his countless outstanding performances and he is 21 years old so he can only get better.
Midfielders:
Miguel Veloso 47 Games 3 Goals 13 Assists 6.97 Av.Rat 1 MOM
His partnership with Moutinho in the midfield is what our team was based round and chipped in with 13 assists and 3 goals.
Joao Moutinho 53 Games 4 Goals 8 Assists 6.99 Av.Rat 3 MOM
Played the most games in the team but never seemed to get fatigued and was awesome from whoever partnered him.
Miguel Angulo 25 Games 2 Goals 6 Assists 6.94 Av.Rat 1 MOM
The veteran midfielder filled in well this season when Perierinha was injured. He chipped in with 2 goals and 6 assists in 25 appearances.
Pereirinha 41 Games 6 Goals 11 Assists 7.12 Av.Rat 2 MOM
At the start of the season the young Portuguese starlet wasn’t in my plans but firmly cemented his place as the first choice right sided midfielder with 6 goals and 11 assists in 41 games.
Simon Vukcevic 47 Games 10 Goals 17 Assists 7.16 Av.Rat 3 MOM
Simon Vukcevic had a blinder all season with scoring and providing in the same quantity. Brazilian legend Denilson couldn’t get a look in and it was no surprise.
Denilson 26 Games 3 Goals 10 Assists 7.15 Av.Rat 2 MOM
Didn’t expect much from the Brazilian at the start of the season and didn’t start well but cam into his own after January with his 3 goals and 10 assists in 25 cameo apperances.
Alan Dzagoev 17 Games 2 Goals 4 Assists 7.02 Av.Rat 2 MOM
The Russian was signed as part of the Izmailov deal and was ineligible to play in Europe but put in a good shift in every league and cup game.
Strikers:
Artem Milevskyi 51 Games 46 Goals 6 Assists 7.37 Av.Rat 12 MOM
Easily ‘Signing of the Season’ and ‘Player of the Season’ with his 46 goals really justifying his £12,250,000 price tag and formed a fearsome partnership with Kone.
Arouna Kone 49 Games 28 Goals 11 Assists 7.18 Av.Rat 5 MOM
Signed for a measly £2,000,000 he started like a house on fire scoring left,right and centre. Didn’t score as many towards the end of the season but still had a good season.
Felipe Caicedo 19 Games 8 Goals 2 Assists 6.96 Av.Rat 1 MOM
Didn’t play many games because of the form of Milevskyi and Kone but when he did get a start he didn’t dissapoint.
