It’s sad that things have not worked out for him in Germany. It was always going to be a risky job to take on. A large number of Dutch speak English, which would have helped him out immensely but it’s a multi national side and in Germany.

Perhaps he will come back to England and do a decent job with someone. His record is good.

Completely agree.
I think people forget the outstanding job he did at boro, alot of success in terms of growing in stature and solidifying our place as a top 10 Premiership side.

he went out of his comfort to try new thing, worked brilliantly at twente, not quite at wolfsburg. if only more english managers did the same
