can you make what type of player you need?? the key attributes??

It is basically a standard set up. I prefer plug and play which have no specialist instructions.. However I suggest your RCB has good passing, AML should have good dribbling and long shots, AMR to have good crossing.
Other than that theres not much to worry about.

Standard Pitch size and yeah it should work with Fiorentina.

I did test a few of my tactics on FM12. This was among the best when I changed the Trequistera to a Deep lying forward Striker.
Im currently experimenting with it and should release a variant of it in the next week or so.
