Although i havnt tried with smaller teams so will be interesting to see if it works. Give it maybe 5 or 6 games for players to adapt to it.

I dot use any Opposition Instructions at all.
For Team talks i usually say for the fans (away) and expect a win(home).

Also try looking at Wolfsongs teamtalk shouts.

had a 15m budget , sold half my championship team ,, and bought him for 11m

Ok mate,as i said in the op though that this tactic is suited more to established clubs.
It also takes at least 5 games to get the team used to a formation.

If anybodys interested heres what the other managers say almost every game after i play them.

I have plenty of players to consider as wingbacks. What team are you and what kind of budget?

Try Roberto Carlos, Oscar Wendt, Gareth Bale, Philipp Lahm, Patrice Evra, Marcelo.

RWB
Maicon, Dani Alves, Davide Santon, Van Der Weil.

Main attributes should be tackling,acceleration,pace,dribbling and crossing

Glad you like it,
It helped me win League,FA Cup and Europa League in first season with Liverpool.Mid way through second season now with only one loss.

I bought Roberto Carlos 900k, Van Nistleroooy 4M and Eden Hazard 16M.
Topped the Prem with 92 points,i feel i could have had an extra 10 pts but for me fiddling with the tactic early in the season.
Won the Premiership,FA Cup and Euro Cup first season. So far in second season i won Charity Shield,Euro Super Cup and League Cup, Lead the prem by 15 points in march and in Quarter finals of both the Champions League and FA Cup.Fully expect to win all trophies.
