Pre-season friendlies are going pretty good. Only problem I see, is with the possession.
Although, I guess that comes with playing on Overload, I assume?

Don't get me wrong though, it's a neat, attacking tactic, scored 40 goals in 7 games against smaller rep clubs.

Oh and another thing, I've got Dirk Kujt as an advanced playmaker - support, changed Andy Carroll's role as a target man and have target man supply to on to head and it's working absolute wonders.

Since Friendlies aren't really a big deal, I'll wait until the league to start taking screenshots. :)
 
Nice going, and to answer your question yes i always find that i have poor position and sometimes even less shots than the opposition but my squad almost always outscore their opponents. And if you were to look at the match in 3d view you would be amazed at the style of play the team has. Glad it has worked for you.
Feedback is mostly positive as this is the first time i have uploaded a tactic.
Glad most people seem to like it. :)
 
bro steve are u sure play with liverpool unbeaten 50 games with your tactic???i can't believe it cause if we play away also lose again...exactly we save game and load game if we have lose...I already download your tactic...but I think' it's impossible....pliss tell me the tips...I don't want save load game if I lose...I play liverpoll with gerrard and torres..I use the Raikan007 4-3-3 also 4-5-1 play 26 win 16 draw 5 Lose 5...I always lose at away againts weaket team like wham blacburn wolves wba...

I would just like to say i dont save before or after games. I save roughly monthly but never quit and restart. The reason i save quite so often is because i had a problem with crash dumps before this save. I will post a screenshot of my game status after i load the game up.

For anybody looking at the Data changes that is a custom DB of Ireland,No changes to the English Leagues.
And i only saved 14 times in a season and a half so thats not too bad.

I'm getting good results, but they are polar opposite of everyone else. I keep clean sheets constantly but never score more than 2. good work!

Again getting great results, but has anyone gotten anything out of the STL? Suarez has 4 in 37 this year, with an average rating of 5.7. I didn't change any settings, is this normal? He literally does nothing the entire match, all players combined have scored six time from the poacher spot.

I had a lot of that in the first season,clean sheets and small wins. A few results i banged the goals in but i went 8 or 9 games without conceding in a row.
Thats poor for suarez,id suggest to change his setting to an advanced forward and maybe change Carroll to a target man. I use the default setting and in first season both Suarez and Carroll grabbed around 15 goals a piece.

Would love to use this for Barcelona, with wing backs and great wingers

Unfortunately I can't bring myself to not play Iniesta and Xavi together :(

They can be accomodated to play in the same team. Play Iniesta on the left wing,Xavi as the box to box player and Messi on the right.
 
Has anybody else tried this recently and how is it working for them?
Currently developing my next tactic and as usual its another gung ho tactic.

Hi Steve, it seems like i'm trying for ever to get LFC to win something - will try this tatic when i get home today - you said "you save games but never quit a game - daft question why is this?

I did this on my old laptop as it was quite prone to crash. And I never had the mentality to play more than a month at a time before i got bored so id save and go play something else. I never once played over a game twice. Best of luck with it. :)

~Also if you search I have produced a more sucessful tactic than this. ITs my 4-2-3-1. Its a very attacking tactic and guarantees goals.
 
thanks for the reply Steve, do not have any wingbacks so traing a few guys into the role so it will be a while before i can get started on this tatic - but def will give it a go -
 
Excellent, surprised I've only just seen this.. Hopefully it still works. Always looking to use a 5-back tactic when I load up a Wigan save. Tried a few succesfully of my own and the wing backs are usually very succesful. My current save keeps crash dumping so I'm due a new save.
 
hi steve i like the tac very much :) i was just wondering what your average full time score was cuz although i havent lost in 7 games ive only scored 10 goals i love the way the team is playing the way they build up there attacks how ever i only seem to have 2 CCC a game or sometimes one but i have only concedded 3 so im happy thanks for the tac now i am having success with liverpool!! :)

Hi mate, thanks for your feedback. Yes i do usualy win only 1-0 or 2-1 most of the time.. Thats the way I built this tactic, the team start their play from the back and work it all around the pitch before they score. I was also a bit worried about the CCC's aswell but I was pleased how little chances my opponents also got. I ended up going 97 games unbeaten after the initial 50. I quit the save several months ago now so dont ask for screens.

To get more goals replace Carroll with somebody else and buy somebody like Eden Hazard, Alexis Canchez or Neymar for the Left wing as an inside forward :)
