In terms scoring goals, maybe never. But in terms assisting and team play... he can be similar/better than Ronaldo. Since we don't need goal scoring winger ( and it's nice to have one), I think we are playing better with Nani.

He'll never be at Ronaldo's level. End.

Ronaldo is the best inside forward in the world, Nani will never match that. But he is well on his way having as big an impact for us as Ronaldo did. Already surpassed him over the first 100 league games

Man Utd striker Wayne Rooney on Twitter: "Nani. World class. Get in. [And] Phil Jones is the future of England. Great player, great lad."

Calm down ;)

Nani is a great player but not close to CR7

Nani scores less goals, but he's far more generous with the ball. As Mike said, he's contributed more than Ronaldo did in his first 100 games

Set pieces sigh.

Good header though. Ferdinand could have done better.

Crouch moment.

De Gea with lucky save.

Owen had poor game, his movement is bad today (surprising), Would like to see Welbeck on.

Berba sigh. Wasting all the Nani efforts.

Correction, Jones lost his marker.

Looked a blatant handball there IMO.

Giggs and Welbeck on. Young and Berbatov off.

Replays showed it was not clear hand ball. More like at the elbow.

You have to remember, it wasn't really until 2006/07 (Ronaldo's 4th season for Utd) that he started scoring (before he scored 18 in 95 apps). This being Nani's 5th, he's took about the same time as Ronaldo to start getting goals, but has surely made up in assists? In his last 4 seasons, Nani has scored 27 in 96 league appearences, so realy Nani has out scored Ronaldo in about the same amount of apps. from 2006/07 to when he left, Ronaldo scored 66 goals in 96 league apps. In terms of asists I read somewhere (I think on Martin Tyler's Sky Sports blog) in their 1st 100 league appearences for Man Utd (Nani's being against Chelsea) Ronaldo got about 10-20 assists where Nani's got about 30-40 ish. They're just stats (from wikipedia) but make of them what you want.

Evra is injured. Limping but still continuing. 3 subs are done.

Surprised Owen was not brought off for Welbeck. But still, a point away at Stoke without Rooney/Vidic etc. is a pretty good one.

We can't do ****... they are to physical for us.
