gonna have a crack with this. Reluctant to start with bigger teams so I'll start with Benfica and see if I can replicate Porto's success

I won a treble!!

Premier League, EURO Cup and FA Cup.

Don't know how good the team is compared to the rest of Europe but at least I know we're decent! (and I'll actually get to try and win the Super Cup!) Champions League next season too.

Jacob, Hazard, Rodriguez and Esteves (Portuguese regen) were brilliant for me this season (all 4, plus Rooney, who didn't play many full games, got double figures and lots of assists) hope they can do it in the Champions League next season.

I signed a Brazilian regen playmaker called Andre who has been injured a bit but looks decent. I may still have to sign 3 or 4 players though (a right back to replace Lichtsteiner, a replacement for Carrick and possibly a quick Striker to add another option from the bench).

EDIT: Manchester City beat Atletico Madrid 3-1 in the CL final.

Can you quit the job your currently in (if you haven't won the CL)?

Because I just rage quit Chelsea (saved after I quit the job) after losing 5-2 (6-4 on aggregate) in second leg of the semi-final against Bayern due to pressing 'ask to pick' changing a couple of players and not realising that my coaches had picked my second keeper (had to sub him off at 2-0 down after 10 minutes). :@

As a note I'm not sure if I would have got fired or not as I had won the treble last season but had promised CL next season and was in 5th place (6 points off 4th) with 3 games to go.

If I wasn't supposed to quit, I'll have to start again but I'm not going on FM for a while anyway.

If it is the same save carry on but if you start up a new one then your score gets reset. In my story I have had short stints at Inter and Liverpool and plan going back

YES!!! First Season, first trophy!

My only problem is that none of the other teams have sacked their managers.
And I signed a 5-year extension worth 105000 euros a year. :@

EDIT: Resigned and took the Dortmund job.... which was available bcos Klopp came to Utd.
:S Have to play Europa League this season.....Dortmund finished 5th!

Yeah, its the same save.I saved after I quit Chelsea.

Not a great result, maybe it was just a bad game but considering how good the defense had been I think it was more to do with them losing morale when Joe Hart didn't start the game.

Only jobs available are Chelsea, Brescia and Italy (only PL and Serie A loaded up right now). Italy has been available have ages but I think I'll leave applying for a nation job for a while. Only jobs I currently take if I want one I haven't had before aren't available (Inter, Juve, AC Milan, Aston Villa) guess I'll have to wait until the end of the season/ until someone gets fired.

EDIT: I'm removing England and adding Portugal as FCP manager Vitor Pereira took the Chelsea job but I'm unsure if the job will remain open (it will be another month till the Portuguese League will be available, thought it would only be a few days!).

World Cup has finished (Spain beat Australia in the final!) lots of national jobs available hopefully this opens up some club jobs.

It didn't, I had to wait until December to move to AC Milan when Deschamps was fired. CL qualification is the aim, £12 Mil available, currently in 8th going to be difficult (but fun!)

Im too going to start this:) i dont normally to these challenges but these one looks good:)

UPDATE:

So I've just got to February in my AC Milan save. Its been very difficult to build a team and I've had to introduce a few loan players to help out, including Krasic, Tosic, Potter (Man City regen), former players at Chelsea Sven Bender and Mancienne (signed at Chelsea to help trained at club numbers), former players at Liverpool Roman Neustadter, Ruben Sampaio (regen) and Real Madrid's pacy regen striker (and former Chelsea loan player when at the club) Lander Juaregi.

Lander Juaregi (scored on his debut)

The positives at club include fairly decent players, not a large amount of veterans and players with a decent amount of first team experience.

The negatives are that the team does need a decent amount of rebuilding (with a smaller transfer budget than I've had so far in the challenge) and that its a small squad with not many quality players breaking through the youth system.

I loaned Juaregi at Chelsea so I could try and mold him into a quality player as a future buy at different clubs. He's a brilliant player and he's going to be important to this AC Milan team (he has a minimum fee release clause of £43.5 mil so hes already out of our current price range!).

EDIT: Luca Morrone is the only player I've signed on a perminant transfer (£1 Mil from Juve) who isn't a regen.

Finished my first season at Barca, started off with 4mil transfer kitty which i wasnt bothered about spending. By October the board had given me more, without asking, so i signed Falcao in January, this was the only transfer business conducted all season. In i very tight title race he proved the difference in the second half of the season as we powered to a comfortable treble: La Liga, Copa Del Rey and the all important champions league:

It will undoubtedly only get harder from here on in. I resigned from Barcelona on 2nd June 2013, now awaiting suitable vacancies to apply for.

Winning with Barcelona: 5pts
100% record in first champions league season: 20pts
100% record in any champions league season: 10pts
Winning the champions league unbeaten: 5pts

I hollidayed whilst applying for high reputation jobs. Several offers came along in a short space of time, Augsberg, Getafe, Tottenham(after AVB took my old Barca job) and Blackburn before Jupp Heynckes retired, leaving the door open to a suitable job after being unemployed for just over a month:

FC Bayern it is (H)

Finished my first season with AC Milan.

I finished 5th (lost the final game of the season, which was my first loss) so didn't make the CL (would have if we'd won) but after saying we'd do better next season I think I've got another season to try and get there.

Hope I can get some Defensive mid's on perminent deals and possibly another loan deal for Juaregi.

With no major signings in or out during 2012/13 season, Bayern brought in Fernando Llorente on a free and sold Thomas Muller to Man City shortly before my arrival. Looking at the squad i was pretty happy with it in most areas except for Central defence. Dante has very low concentration, Boateng is **** - a full back at best, van Buyten is getting on a bit, Cem is yet to be the finished article and Martinez will be used in midfield. This left me with only Badstuber that i was happy with so in came transfer listed pair Ryan Shawcross and Adil Rami during the summer. In January i again raided the transfer list to pick up Alvaro Dominguez and Javier Hernandez (Following just 4 sub appearances for Real Madrid after his summer move). The German first division was retained with little trouble, losing just twice. An unlikely double was completed after defeating Juventus 2-0 in the champions league final. It was unexpected but it think you'll all agree i had one of the easiest runs possible - only Juventus had any real history in the competition. Despite the easy run we made hard work of Athletic Bilbao and Tottenham. Had we had to play Barca, Real, United or City i don't think this team would have been good enough.

At the end of the season Alaba wanted to leave. I looked at available jobs, none available but Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez was 'very insecure' so i expressed an interest in the job. Liverpool board suggested i may be considered but i wouldnt be first choice. In hope i might get the job i offered out the unhappy Alaba for free and only accepted Liverpools offer and off he went. I resigned from Bayern and waited patiently for Liverpool to sack rafa and hire me but instead of that rafa became popular again following the big name signing of, you guessed it, David Alaba on a free and his job is now stable...

Just 5pts for winning with Bayen.

Career:

Barcelona - 2012-13
1 Spanish Super Cup, 1 Spanish Cup, 1 Spanish Title, 1 Champions League
Winning with Barcelona: 5pts
100% record in first champions league season: 20pts
100% record in any champions league season: 10pts
Winning the champions league unbeaten: 5pts

FC Bayern - 2013/14
1 German Title, 1 Champions League
Winning with Bayern:5pts

ARRGGHHH What should i do??
I have been offered the Inter Milan Job but the OM and Dortmund managers job status is precarious...

EDIT: i have delayed the Inter decision for a week and expressed an interest in the not-yet-available Dortmund job.

Dortmund dismissed my interest, saying they have every faith in Klopp's ability and would not consider other candidates for the job while he remained in charge. When the Inter job came back around a week later i accepted their offer.

Inter currently sit 6th in the table, just 2pts below 3rd placed Napoli after 13 games so plenty games left this season. The minimum expectation is that we qualify for the champions league. We are still in the champions league group stage, 4 games in we have 7 points and sit 3rd level with second placed Sporting(POR), Anderlecht are top with 9pts and Zeljeznicar are bottom with 0pts. Our remaining 2 games are against Zeljeznicar and Anderlecht so its in our hands.

Pretty **** squad:
