nothing particular..if you play this engine from the begining you already should know that pace and acceleration are the most important atributes,especialy if you fight against big teams,focus on that

Moukoko is unbelievable. In my old save before the new patch he scored 70 goals in a season, it was unreal.

Has the patch update ruined this tactic?

Its more realistic yes!
And there are too many good strikers in the game its shame not to use at least one

with the wingers its ideal left foot on left and viceversa
left corner takes best right foot taker and viceversa
throw ins left wing back left side and viceversa
free kicks no mater..it should be best free kick taker to take them all..
and as i sad before defending set pieces adjusted only on Comet fixed version...
i didnt had a time to adjust in other 2 tactics because I dont use them often
Bosanova is the most scoring tactic per game but is vunerable at back,so use it only if you are desperate to score and if you play with strong team its perfect to outscore opponent!
