tried it im really in a pickle here i think not sure whether to laugh or smash my comp with a sledge hammer

Its that the FM Window is too big for the screen you need to make the resolution smaller and it should work.

Have you tried right-clicking on the confirm button, if that doesn't work, you're probably missing some XML code or something - try re-installing?

can somebody do me a screen drop of there FM2011 file so i can compare and work out what im missing

problem resolved such a simple task. im sorry for all the hassle people and and thank you for the help guys. i think its me that needs the sledge hammer and not the comp
