it depends on your squad.
I got the best result with 4231 v5 in serie A.
but in TFF tactic testing league, 4420 is the best.3

individual trainings = same roll of the tactic

general team training = I let my assistant manager handle it.

prematch training = change that each every match according to your scouter's report.
